WILL BE BETTER- The city of Thousand Oaks is planning to make improvements to 3,900 feet of Erbes Road between Thousand Oaks Boulevard and Falmouth Street, including adding sidewalks and bike lanes on both sides of the street. The city also plans to improve the Erbes Road/Hillcrest Drive intersection.
