GOLDEN- The Newbury Park U-12 Gold softball team took first place in Moorpark. Led by pitcher Michelle Moss, who had 30 strikeouts during the tournament, the Gold defeated Santa Paula 4-1 in the final. Last weekend, the Gold won the Newbury Park Tournament.
