HELPING OTHERS–Mike Frieda, a freshman at Thousand Oaks High School, got serious about a community service project for his health class. He decided to collect food as his project. By soliciting and collecting food donations, Mike received 508 pounds of food for the less fortunate. Typical of generous people, he gave all the credit to those who donated food.
