Date to Create is a new studio providing private custom-crafted parties, company parties and teambuilding events as well as date night, girls’ night out, guys’ night out, or a fun night out for anyone.

Date to Create is embracing the “Maker Movement” with creative workshops where the crafter or tinkerer in everyone can have a social night out, make stuff and come away with a one-of-a-kind work of art.

Pieces are created from start to finish by attendees in a couple of hours.

Snacks and all supplies are provided, and as much direction or guidance to help guests with their masterpiece as they want.

Projects are social and include mixed media, collage, paint, sculpture and crafting.

Workshops are offered throughout the week.

Private parties can be specially designed for a specific need or occasion either at the studio or offsite at any location.

Lowy has been helping children and adults explore and release their creativity for more than 20 years.

She has produced, directed, designed and acted in theater and has also written, developed and taught creative programs for adults, kids and communities.

She has started and ran two creative companies.

Date to Create’s studio is at 3625 E. Thousand Oaks Blvd, Ste. 249, across the street from the Maserati dealership.
