Calleguas completes new T.O. reservoir



UP-TO-DATE WATER STORAGE—Thousand Oaks Mayor Claudia Bill-de la Peña talks with Thousand Oaks resident Larry Carignan during the dedication ceremony of a new Thousand Oaks reservoir on June 11. The 7-million-gallon concrete reservoir replaces a 48-year-old aboveground steel tank on Lone Oak Drive.
