For those citizens who could not attend the Acorn-sponsored May 7 candidate forum for California’s District 26, another opportunity awaits you.

The League of Women Voters Ventura County, together with the AAUW Thousand Oaks, is sponsoring a candidate forum for the 26th Congressional District from 5 to 7 p.m. Fri., May 18 at the Thousand Oaks Civic Arts Plaza, Scherr Forum, 2100 E. Thousand Oaks Blvd.

Moderated by David Marion of the League of Women Voters, the candidates will discuss their positions on a variety of issues.

Written questions from the audience will be collected and directed to the candidates. Plenty of seating is available.

Come and hear the candidates before the June 5 election. This forum will also be televised on the TOTV local government channel.
