Some question the experience and ability of Joel Price to contribute to the Thousand Oaks City Council.

I was surprised to see the name of the newly appointed member of the T.O. City Council, as it is rarely seen in this area. Price is a familiar and respected name on the East Coast, besides being my namesake.

As Elinor Price I was the proud daughter of Frank W. Price, a well-known contributing citizen to our area as well as greater parts of New England.

What’s in a name? A lot of history to be sure. My best to Joel Price.
