Grocer commits to Dos Vientos center
Dos Vientos residents could be shopping at a local grocery store by spring.
Village Trader, which offers groceries, meat, produce, wine and beer, has signed a long-term lease with The Village at Dos Vientos.
“ We know the Dos Vientos Ranch community has been waiting quite a while for a local grocer,” said Ernest Zoumot, managing partner of the Village Trader, “and it’s a privilege to fill that need.”
Paradise Capital Group, the owners of the shopping center, say two other leases have been signed for the center: Anat Winston, a fashion boutique; and Conejo Valley Practice Management, which provides insurance and billing services to doctors.
Paradise officials say nearly all of the office space at the center has been leased.
Larry Tanji, Scott Siegel and Robert Selleck of CB Richard Ellis represented both the landlord and the tenants in the lease transactions.
