A 21-year-old male assaulted someone with a knife and damaged another person’s property with the weapon around 11:15 p.m. Sept. 27 in the 100 block of Pepper Road.

Five hooligans robbed someone by force, and one assailant used a knife to inflict harm. The gang-related crime occurred between 1:30 and 1:45 p.m. Sept. 25 in the 600 block of Paseo Esmeralda.

For being under the influence of controlled substances, the following subjects were arrested: a male, 50, at 6:30 p.m. Sept. 24 in the 2400 block of W. Hillcrest Drive (subject possessed hash and obstructed justice); a male, 35, at 11:30 a.m. Sept. 28 in the 100 block of Maple Road; a male, 18, at 9:40 a.m. Sept. 25 in the 1600 block of Mendocino Lane (subject also charged with felony vandalism and annoying phone calls that occurred on Sept. 6); a male, 35, at 12:15 p.m. Sept. 24 in the 1800 block of W. Hillcrest Drive (subject also charged with assault, lying about his identity and possessing a dangerous drug).

A male, 30, was arrested for violating a domestic violence restraining order at 1:55 p.m. Sept. 30 in the 1800 block of W. Hillcrest Drive.

A home burglary occurred between Sept. 28 and 30 in the 3300 block of Daniel Street.

A grand theft occurred between March 24 and Sept. 18 in the 2000 block of Harrier Court.

Property was stolen from a storage shed between Sept. 23 and 28 in the 900 block of N. Ventu Park Road.

Vehicle break-ins occurred at the following locations: between 9:05 and 10:10 p.m. Sept. 30 in the 700 block of N. Wendy Drive; between 5:30 and 7 p.m. Sept. 29 in the 2300 block of Michael Drive (unlocked); between 10:10 and 10:15 a.m. Sept. 29 in the 500 block of N. Ventu Park Road (unlocked); on Sept. 27 in the 3400 block of Henry Drive; on Sept. 26 or 27 in the first block of Seabury Court; between 7 and 7:35 a.m. Sept. 27 in the 1900 block of Newbury Road; on Sept. 23 or 24 in the 3300 block of Frankie Drive (subject also shattered a second vehicle’s window); between 7:10 and 9:35 p.m. Sept. 24 at Reino Road and Cabrillo Avenue; between 7 and 10:30 p.m. Sept. 24 in the 400 block of Reino Road; between 5 and 7:30 a.m. Sept. 26 in the 500 block of Paseo Esmeralda.

A vehicle was vandalized between 8:05 and 9:10 a.m. Sept. 24 in the 2200 block of Mapleleaf Avenue.

A shoplifting occurred Sept. 29 at Home Depot, 2745 Teller Road.

A male, 23, was arrested for selling ice cream without a permit at 6:50 p.m. Sept. 30 in the 500 block of Avenida Del Platino. A male, 30, was charged with a similar crime at 2:45 p.m. Sept. 25 in the 600 block of Avenida de la Plata.

A male, 45, was arrested for being drunk in public at 4 a.m. Sept. 25 in the 2300 block of Borchard Road.

Annoying telephone calls were made to someone between Sept. 19 and 29 in the 1800 block of W. Hillcrest Drive.

A female, 36, was cited for possessing a small amount of marijuana at 11:50 a.m. Sept. 23 in the 2300 block of W. Hillcrest Drive.

Thousand Oaks

A robbery was attempted between 2:10 and 2:22 p.m. Sept. 29 in the 1200 block of Calle Tulipan.

A male, 23, was arrested for robbery and assault with a deadly weapon at 8:30 p.m. Sept. 30 in the 2800 block of Los Robles Road.

A male, 45, was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol at 4:20 p.m. Sept. 20 along Hodencamp Road, north of Wilbur Road. The subject, who had his children in the car, was also involved in a traffic collision.

For being under the influence of controlled substances, the following subjects were arrested: a male, 50, at 11:15 p.m. Sept. 30 in the 1600 block of N. Moorpark Road; a female, 24, at 9:45 p.m. Sept. 21 in the 900 block of Witherspoon Drive; a male, 56, at 7:15 p.m. Sept. 23 in the 100 block of W. Thousand Oaks Boulevard (subject also possessed a glass smoking pipe and a small amount of marijuana); a female, 45, at 3:05 p.m. Sept. 25 at S. Rancho Road and Haaland Drive; a male, 30, at 6:30 p.m. Sept. 25 in the 2500 block of Ashmore Circle; a male, 31, at 4:56 p.m. Sept. 26 in the 100 block of E. Janss Road.

A male, 25, challenged deputies to fight before committing battery upon a peace officer. The subject was arrested at 5:25 a.m. Sept. 28 at Erbes Road and Sunset Hills Boulevard.

A male, 30, battered his spouse at 12:45 p.m. Sept. 27 in the 500 block of Benson Way.

A female, 35, battered someone she’s dating at 11:08 p.m. Sept. 24 in the 1400 block of Calle Yucca.

A female, 29, was cited for battery at 8 p.m. Sept. 28 in the 500 block of E. Gainsborough Road.

A battery occurred around 7:30 p.m. Sept. 30 in the 1400 block of Calle Pensamiento.

A battery occurred around 1:30 a.m. Sept. 25 in the 200 block of N. Moorpark Road.

A male, 20, possessed more than 30 grams of marijuana and a notebook with sales calculations in his car. He had a scale in his Cal Lutheran University dorm room. He was arrested for possession of marijuana for sale at 9:30 a.m. Sept. 28 in the first block of W. Olsen Road.

A male, 21, was arrested for violating a restraining order by being within 100 yards of his mother at 10:22 a.m. Sept. 30 and at 12:25 p.m. Sept. 25 in the 3000 block of Ranger Court.

A male, 24, was found in another person’s vehicle and arrested on two counts of petty theft and five counts of vehicle tampering at 12:05 a.m. Sept. 27 in the 2500 block of Ashmore Circle.

Home burglaries occurred at the following locations: Sept. 26 or 27 in the 300 block of Arcturus Street; on Sept. 28 or 29 in the 3100 block of Calle Quebracho; between Sept. 25 and 28 in the 600 block of Old Farm Road (money from a safe in a bedroom were stolen); between Sept. 24 and 27 in the 1100 block of Calle Castano.

A grand theft occurred on Sept. 22 or 23 in the 2400 block of Townsgate Road.

A petty theft occurred between 8:10 and 8:25 a.m. Sept. 27 in the 200 block of N. Conejo School Road.

Property was stolen from an unlocked office on Sept. 25 in the first block of W. Thousand Oaks Boulevard.

Vehicle break-ins occurred at the following locations: on Sept. 28 or 29 in the 100 block of Helecho Court (unlocked); between 5 and 5:17 p.m. Sept. 29 in the 900 block of Hampshire Road; on Sept. 29 or 30 in the 1000 block of Calle Las Trancas (unlocked); on Sept. 28 or 29 in the 200 block of E. Erbes Road; between Sept. 21 and 23 in the 300 block of Greenmeadow Avenue; on Sept. 27 or 28 in the 3400 block of E. Thousand Oaks Boulevard; between 7:30 and 9:10 p.m. Sept. 24 at Thousand Oaks Boulevard and Via Merida.

A vehicle was damaged on Sept. 18 or 19 in the 2000 block of Los Feliz Drive.

A trespasser entered a home at 5:20 p.m. Sept. 27 in the 4500 block of N. Moorpark Road.

A shoplifting occurred at J.C. Penney at 280 W. Hillcrest Drive between 2:30 and 5:30 p.m. Sept. 26.

A male, 29, was arrested for selling items door-to-door without a permit at 2:55 p.m. Sept. 28 in the 2000 block of Surrey Court.

A male, 52, was arrested for selling food from a truck without a permit at 5:50 p.m. Sept. 18 in the 2600 block of E. Thousand Oaks Boulevard.

A male, 45, was cited for selling produce from a vehicle without a permit at 5:50 p.m. Sept. 18 in the 2700 block of E. Thousand Oaks Boulevard.

A male, 25, was cited for urinating in public at 1:55 a.m. Sept. 25 in the 200 block of N. Moorpark Road.

The following subjects were arrested for being drunk in public: a male, 48, at 2:45 a.m. Sept. 29 in the 900 block of Witherspoon Drive; a male, 54, at 7:20 p.m. Sept. 24 at Hillcrest Drive and the 23 Freeway; a male, 26, at 9 p.m. Sept. 25 in the 1400 block of E. Thousand Oaks Boulevard; a female, 22, at 10:45 p.m. Sept. 25 in the 400 block of N. Moorpark Road.

Two males, 22 and 50, were cited for drinking alcohol in public at 11:20 p.m. Sept. 24 in the first block of E. Wilbur Road.

A male, 20, was cited for possessing a small amount of marijuana at 6:25 p.m. Sept. 29 in the 400 block of Dryden Street.

A male, 33, battered someone unconscious during a large fracas at 2:20 a.m. Sept. 25 in the 900 block of S. Westlake Avenue. A male, 24, and a female, 31, at the scene were charged with committing battery.

Police discovered alcohol in an 18-year-old male’s vehicle after a traffic accident at 9:40 p.m. Sept. 24 in the 4100 block of E. Thousand Oaks Boulevard.

A vehicle break-in occurred on Sept. 26 in the 1200 block of S. Westlake Boulevard.

A vehicle was vandalized between 2 and 5 p.m. Sept. 19 in the 5500 block of Shadow Canyon Place.

Two males, 21 and 22, were cited for drinking alcohol in public at 10:45 p.m. Sept. 24 in the 900 block of S. Westlake Boulevard.
