Newbury Park

A male, 20, and two other hooligans committed an armed robbery that left one person unconscious after an attack on the night of Aug. 9 in the 1800 block of W. Hillcrest Drive. The subject was arrested at 9 a.m. Sept. 15 in the 1200 block of Mountain View Drive.

The following people were arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs at the times, dates and places indicated: a male, 54, at 7 p.m. Sept. 10 at Rancho Conejo Boulevard and Lawrence Drive (subject fled scene of accident); a male, 21, at 12:08 a.m. Sept. 12 at Lawrence Drive and Lavery Court (subject violently resisted arrest and broke a patrol car window); a female, 46, at 2:45 a.m. Sept. 9 at Borchard Road and San Antonio Street; a female, 52, at 8:35 p.m. Sept. 14 at the 101 Freeway and Ventu Park Road.

For being under the influence of controlled substances, the following subjects were arrested: a female, 42, at 10:30 a.m. Sept. 15 in the 800 block of N. Wendy Drive (subject also possessed a glass smoking pipe); a male, 46, at 11:20 a.m. Sept. 15 in the 2400 block of W. Hillcrest Drive (subject also battered his live-in girlfriend); a male, 40, at 3:45 p.m. Sept. 15 in the 2400 block of W. Hillcrest Drive (subject possessed a smoking device); a female, 27, at 12:15 a.m. Sept. 9 in the 600 block of Jenny Drive.

A female, 26, was arrested for transporting a controlled substance at 2 p.m. Sept. 2 at Ventu Park and Newbury roads.

A male, 18, was arrested for possessing a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia on April 28 in the 3300 block of Kimber Drive. The crime was recently reported.

A female, 25, battered her husband at 9:30 a.m. Sept. 7 at Lynn Road and Longford Avenue.

A male, 29, vandalized property around 9:30 a.m. Sept. 7 at Lynn Road and Longford Avenue.

A grand theft occurred between Sept. 11 and 13 in the 800 block of Ballina Court.

Gang graffiti defaced property at the Conejo Creek Condominiums on Sept. 15 or 16.

Gang graffiti was discovered on Aug. 26 in the 600 block of Paseo Esmeralda.

Property was stolen and damaged between Sept. 11 and 13 in the 3500 block of Old Conejo Road.

A mailbox was damaged on Sept. 13 or 14 in the 1600 block of Glenbrock Lane.

Vehicle break-ins occurred at the following locations: between Sept. 1 and 8 in the 3200 block of Erinlea Avenue; around 1:30 a.m. Sept. 16 in the 1700 block of W. Hillcrest Drive; on Sept. 13 in the 1200 block of Rancho Conejo Boulevard; on Sept. 10 or 11 in the 1400 block of Ramona Drive; on Aug. 29 or 30 in the 300 block of S. Havenside Street (unlocked).

A female, 22, stole property from a store at 2:10 p.m. Sept. 7 in the 500 block of N. Ventu Park Road.

A male, 25, shoplifted merchandise valued at $56 from Target, 2705 Teller Road, at 12:30 p.m. Sept. 11.

Two vehicles were egged on Sept. 8 or 9 in the 200 block of Yellowstone Avenue.

A male, 42, was arrested for being drunk in public at 12:30 a.m. Sept. 16 in the 400 block of Via Del Lago. A male, 34, was arrested for a similar crime at 3:25 p.m. Sept. 9 in the first block of S. Wendy Drive.

Thousand Oaks

The following subjects were arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs at the times, dates and places indicated: a female, 30, at 2 a.m. Sept. 3 along Meagan Court, north of Thousand Oaks Boulevard; a female, 25, at 12:10 a.m. Sept. 14 on the southbound 101 Freeway onramp at Hampshire Road; a male, 58, at 1:08 a.m. Sept. 15 on the southbound 101 Freeway onramp at Hampshire Road; a female, 40, at 12:56 a.m. Sept. 11 in the first block of W. Thousand Oaks Boulevard; a female, 40, at 3:44 a.m. Sept. 9 at Hampshire Road and the 101 Freeway; a male, 24, at 5:50 p.m. Sept. 7 on eastbound Hampshire Road, west of Westlake Boulevard (subject tried to flee after an accident that occurred on Janss Road, east of Windsor Drive); a female, 26, at 11:42 p.m. Sept. 3 in the 1700 block of Moorpark Road; a male, 49, at 8:35 a.m. Sept. 11 at Hodencamp Road and Hillcrest Drive (subject was involved in a traffic accident); a male, 33, at 1:35 a.m. Sept. 9 at Moorpark Road and Brazil Street.

A female, 28, was arrested for transporting a controlled substance and possessing a controlled substance for sale at 11:04 p.m. Aug. 26 at Avenida de Los Arboles and Calle Bouganvilla.

For being under the influence of controlled substances, the following subjects were arrested: a male, 26, at 7:10 p.m. Sept. 16 on westbound Thousand Oaks Boulevard near the 23 Freeway; a female and male, both 21, at 11:15 p.m. Sept. 10 at Greenmeadow Avenue and Lynn Road (male subject possessed drug paraphernalia).

A male, 24, battered and injured his ex-girlfriend at 2:59 a.m. Sept. 14 in the 2400 block of Vista Wood Circle. A female, 21, at the scene was arrested for battery.

A 45-year-old male was arrested for committing a battery and making criminal threats at 4:30 p.m. Sept. 14 in the 100 block of Brazil Street.

A female, 34, violated a domestic violence restraining order around 1 p.m. Sept. 16 in the 1300 block of E. Thousand Oaks Boulevard.

A male, 21, was arrested for possessing explosives at 2:15 p.m. Sept. 10 in the 2600 block of La Paloma Circle.

A male, 40, was arrested for burglary at 11:30 a.m. Sept. 12 at Pleasant Way and Oak View Avenue.

A home burglary occurred on Sept. 9 or 10 in the 2700 block of Cedar Wood Place.

A home was burglarized between Sept. 9 and 11 in the 2200 block of Hillsbury Road.

A male, 35, was arrested for contributing to the delinquency of a minor, grand theft and conspiracy to commit a crime at 6 p.m. Sept. 14 at Waverly Park.

Vehicle break-ins occurred at the following locations: between 7:40 and 8:25 a.m. Sept. 13 at Pederson and Olsen roads; on Sept. 13 or 14 in the 800 block of Hartglen Avenue; between 10:15 and 11:50 a.m. Sept. 15 in the 2400 block of Willow Lane; between 4:15 and 7 p.m. Sept. 13 in the 200 block of S. Moorpark Road (two vehicles); on Sept. 12 or 13 in the 1000 block of Camino Flores; on Sept. 7 or 8 in the 800 block of Calle Compo (unlocked); between 7:30 and 8:15 p.m. Sept. 10 in the first block of Rolling Oaks Drive; between 10:45 and 11:30 a.m. Sept. 12 in the parking lot of 24 Hour Fitness gym, 2595 E. Thousand Oaks Blvd.

A vehicle plate tag was stolen along Rancho Road, near the 23 and 101 freeways.

A grand theft occurred between 9 and 9:30 p.m. Sept. 10 in the 2400 block of N. Moorpark Road.

Property was stolen from CVS Pharmacy, 60 N. Moorpark Road, around 11:30 p.m. Sept. 15.

A chain link fence and gate were damaged between March 1 and Sept. 13 in the 500 block of E. Thousand Oaks Boulevard.

Property was vandalized between 6 and 9:30 p.m. Sept. 14 in the 200 block of W. Hillcrest Drive.

A vandal defaced a rock with graffiti between Sept. 3 and 7 in the 200 block of W. Gainsborough Road.

A male, 26, was arrested for petty theft at 7:40 p.m. Sept. 9 in the 200 block of W. Hillcrest Drive.

A male, 19, was arrested for possessing psilocybin mushrooms at 2:20 a.m. Sept. 10 in the first block of W. Olsen Road.

A male, 23, was cited for being involved in a hit-and-run traffic accident Sept. 7 at the East County Sheriff’s Station.

Two females, 41 and 40, were cited for performing massages without permits at 1 p.m. Sept. 9 in the 2600 block of E. Thousand Oaks Boulevard.

A male, 25, was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol at 3:40 a.m. Sept. 12 at Westlake Boulevard and S. Potrero Road.

Two vehicle break-ins occurred on Sept. 13 in the 100 block of S. Lakeview Canyon Road.

Property was stolen from an unlocked vehicle on Sept. 10 or 11 in the 900 block of S. Westlake Boulevard.

A laptop computer was stolen from a business between 2:37 and 3 a.m. Sept. 12 in the 4500 block of E. Thousand Oaks Boulevard.

A grand theft occurred between Sept. 12 and 14 in the 4000 block of E. Skelton Canyon Circle.

A vandal damaged front car fenders between Sept. 10 and 12 in the 3900 block of Skelton Canyon Circle.

A petty theft occurred between noon and 2 p.m. Sept. 16 in the 100 block of Promenade Way.
