At 11:33 p.m. Sept. 6 in the 800 block of N. Wendy Drive, a male, 28, was arrested for battery. The subject also had a restraining order for the same crime.
At 9:09 p.m. Sept. 4 in the 2700 block of Denise Street, a male, 61, became belligerent and attempted to push a deputy during a domestic disturbance call.
A female, 45, was battered in the 600 block of Paseo La Perla between 2:40 and 3:12 a.m. Sept. 5. Another female, 41, was also battered the morning of Sept. 8 in the 200 block of Via Monterey.
A female, 20, was arrested at East County Station on an allegation of domestic battery at 11:10 a.m. Aug. 26 regarding an incident that occurred in the 100 block of Pepper Road.
A female, 52, was under the influence of medication while driving with a 13-year-old child in her vehicle at Borchard and Reino roads. She was arrested on Aug. 26.
On an allegation of domestic battery, a male, 49, was arrested at 7:38 p.m. Aug. 28 in the 2800 block of Denise Street.
On suspicion of drunk driving, a male, 22, was arrested at 1:15 a.m. Sept. 5 at Ventu Park and Newbury roads,
On suspicion of being under the influence of a controlled substance, the following were arrested: Two males, both 18, at 10 a.m. Sept. 3 on Hillcrest Drive at Artisan Street; a male, 57, at 4:15 p.m. Aug. 20 in the 1200 block of Newbury Road (subject also found to be in possession of methamphetamine and an ingestion device); a female, 36, at 4:35 p.m. Aug. 26 in the 2400 block of W. Hillcrest Drive (also in possession of a stolen credit card); a male, 24, and a female, 23, at 11:26 a.m. Aug. 26 in Borchard Park; a male, 41, at 5 p.m. Aug. 26 in the 2400 block of W. Hillcrest Drive; a male, 39, at 9:43 a.m. Aug. 25 in the 2400 block of W. Hillcrest Drive; and a female, 27, at 1:15 p.m. Aug. 4 in the 600 block of Martinique Place.
Copper was stolen from a building in the 3200 block of Grande Vista Drive on Sept. 8 or 9.
The front passenger window of a vehicle was smashed between 2 and 2:15 a.m. Sept.5 on Nadine Court.
A shoplifter stole something from Target between Aug. 31 and Sept. 3. On the afternoon of Sept. 3, somebody tried to use a bogus receipt to collect a refund on merchandise he hadn’t purchased at Target.
Ralphs supermarket in the 500 block of N. Ventu Park Road was the site of shoplifting during daytime Sept. 7.
For drinking in public in the 600 block of Paseo Esmerelda, five males, two 23, one 25, and two 26, were cited and released at 1:10 p.m. Aug. 28.
A male, 20, was found in possession of alcohol at 11:14 p.m. Aug. 25 in the 800 block of American Oaks Avenue.
A male, 46, was cited and released for selling food without a city permit or a health and safety license at 6:50 p.m. Sept. 3 somewhere in Newbury Park.
Thousand Oaks
A female, 31, was arrested at 9:15 p.m. Aug. 27 for battering her husband in the 200 block of Houston Drive.
For battering a co-inhabitant, a male, 42, was arrested at 9:38 a.m. Sept. 3 in the 700 block of Brossard Drive.
A male, 37, allegedly battered his girlfriend and was arrested at 12:51 p.m. Sept. 7 in the 700 block of Calle Fresno.
A male, 37, battered somebody during a domestic disturbance the evening of Aug. 21 in the 800 block of E. Hillcrest Drive.
A vehicle was burglarized on Sept. 7 or 8 in the 1100 block of Calle Yucca. Another vehicle burglary occurred the night of Sept. 7 in the 1100 block of Calle Pecos.
A male, 27, was arrested at 4:08 p.m. Sept. 4 in the 2200 block of Los Feliz Drive for breaking into an apartment that belonged to a person he’d been dating and had allegedly battered a few days previously.
A female, 47, allegedly attacked a police officer while the deputy was investigating a crime at 9 p.m. Sept. 4 at Los Robles Hospital.
Domestic battery occurred the afternoon of Aug. 24, for which a female, 21, was arrested in the 600 block of Hampshire Road.
A female, 48, was arrested at 11:08 p.m. Aug. 28 for battering her elderly mother in the 1300 block of Avenida de Los Arboles.
For domestic battery, a female, 39, was arrested at 12:17 a.m. Aug. 23 in the 700 block of Coral Ridge Court.
For interfering with a police officer at 3:26 a.m. Sept. 4 in the 900 block of Triunfo Canyon Road, a female, 25, was arrested.
A male, 18, was cited and released for brandishing a handgun during a road rage incident. The arrest took place at 400 Gainsborough Road; the incident allegedly occurred in the 3700 block of E. Thousand Oaks Boulevard at 11:49 a.m. Aug. 21.
A male, 18, allegedly stole $8,800 worth of valuables from a home in the 2600 block of Regina Avenue. He was arrested in the first block of W. Janss Road on Aug. 25.
Somebody threw a fireworks device toward a female, 47, in the 700 block of Warwick Avenue at 6:40 a.m. Sept. 6. There was more than $400 worth of damage.
On suspicion of drunk driving, the following were arrested: A male, 23, at 6:02 a.m. Sept. 5 on the 101 Freeway near Ventu Park Road; a female, 71, at 9:36 p.m. Sept. 4 at an unspecified location; a female, age unstated, at 1:38 a.m. Sept. 3 on Meagan Court, north of T.O. Boulevard; a female, 22, at 1:55 a.m. Sept. 1 at the Oak View Apartment complex; a male, 22, at 2:12 a.m. Aug. 26 in the 100 block of Los Padres; a male, 72, at 9:46 p.m. Aug. 25 at Dover and Hendrix avenues; and a male, 18, at 2:47 a.m. Aug. 27 at Fairview and Crescent Way.
On suspicion of being under the influence of a controlled substance, the following were arrested: A male, 25, at 1 p.m. Sept. 5 at the Taco Bell on Rancho Road and T.O. Boulevard; a female, 30, at 12:12 p.m. Sept. 5 on northbound Lynn Road south of Gainsborough; a female, 19, at 1:05 a.m. Sept. 4 in the 100 block of N. Reino Road (also found to be in possession of a device for smoking heroin); a female, 21, at 12:50 p.m. Sept. 3 in the 1800 block of Los Feliz Drive; two males, both 21, at 8:15 p.m. Sept. 2 in the 700 block of Calle Pensamiento; a male, 21, at 10:30 a.m. Aug. 25 in the 500 block of Sugarpine Court; a female and a male, both 21, at 8:42 a.m. Aug. 25 in the 1300 block of Ramona Drive; a male, 31, at 4:54 p.m. Aug. 25 in the 400 block of N. A business in the 2900 block of Willow Lane was burglarized between 10:46 and 10:50 p.m. Sept. 7.
Residential burglaries occurred in the following: Sept. 5 or 6 in the 4900 block of Summit View Drive, a loss of $450; Sept. 4 or 5 in the 1100 block of Oak Mirage Place; between April 1 and Sept. 5 in the 200 block of Oak Leaf Drive (a loss of more than $400); between 10 and 11:30 a.m. Jan. 23 in the first block of Venus Street (firearm stolen, only recently reported); and the evening of Sept. 3 in the 200 block of Siesta Avenue (window screen removed, items tampered with, but nothing stolen).
A storage shed in the 2800 block of E. Thousand Oaks Boulevard was broken into and $2,275 worth of valuables were stolen between Aug. 14 and Sept. 3.
Vehicle burglaries were reported in the following: The afternoon or evening of Sept. 6 in the 200 block of S. Moorpark Road (vehicle broken into, loss of $200); between Sept. 4 and 6 in the 400 block of Laurie Lane (unlocked); during daytime on Sept. 6 in the 1100 block of E. Thousand Oaks Boulevard (broken into); between 1 a.m. and 1:15 p.m. Sept. 3 in the 2600 block of Los Arcos Circle (total loss of $5,000); between 10:30 and 10:35 a.m. in the 1300 block of Calle Durazno (two victims, crimes described as grand theft); the night of Sept. 2 in the 100 block of N. Moorpark Road (two victims, one vehicle had a smashed window and a purse and wallet were stolen; in the other, the vehicle was vandalized); night of Sept. 2 in the 3200 block of Olivegrove Place (rear passenger window smashed, briefcase stolen); between Sept. 3 and 7 in the 300 block of Clearview Street (unlocked, petty theft); between 7:30 and 10:20 a.m. Aug. 23 in the 2400 block of Willow Lane (two vehicles broken into, unlisted items stolen); the night of Sept. 7 in the 1900 block of Calle Yucca (unlocked, items stolen, interior damaged); Sept. 7 or 8 in the 2800 block of White Ridge Place (wallet and contents stolen, loss exceeded $400); Sept. 7 or 8 in the 1000 block of Calle Pecos Street (unlocked, petty theft); and between 10:30 p.m. Sept. 9 and 12:35 a.m. Sept. 10 in the first block of Rolling Oaks Drive (forced break-in, loss of $1,500).
A male, 20, was arrested for possession of marijuana for sale at 8:49 p.m. Sept. 4 at The Oaks mall.
There were no signs of forced entry after a home was burglarized between 8:10 a.m. and 8 p.m. Sept. 9 in the 2500 block of Rutland Place.
Somebody stole something valued at more than $400 from a front yard in the 3900 block of Camphor Avenue the night of Sept. 7.
In the 2100 block of T.O. Boulevard, a portion of a piece of artwork was stolen from the city of Thousand Oaks between Aug. 16 and Sept. 3.
Somebody stole more than $400 worth of merchandise from a Victoria’s Secret store the afternoon of Sept. 4.
A suspect was caught after trying to steal $191 worth of merchandise from Macy’s on Sept. 6.
A male shoplifter was caught at the J.C. Penney store the evening of Sept. 4. Another male was caught at the same store for the same crime on Sept. 9.
Damage was estimated at more than $1,000 after a vehicle was scratched on Sept. 6 or 7 in the 800 block of Spruce Hill.
A male, 60, was arrested at 4:30 p.m. Aug. 23 for trespassing after he entered a dwelling from which he had been evicted in the 3000 block of Roundup Circle.
For trespassing, a female, 55, was arrested at 8:10 a.m. Aug. 29 in the 100 block of Apache Avenue.
The loss was more than $400 after a vehicle was vandalized between 2:30 and 11 a.m. Sept. 5 in the 1900 block of Oberlin Drive.
The loss was less than $400 after a petty theft in the 300 block of Rolling Oaks Drive on Sept. 1 or 2.
A vehicle was vandalized between Aug. 2 and Sept. 8 in the 1900 block of Fullbrook Drive. Two running lights on the fenders were smashed.
Redwood Middle School was vandalized with graffiti on Sept. 1 or 2. The damage was less than $400.
A petty theft occurred between Aug. 9 and Sept. 3 in the 800 block of Sheffield Place.
Unspecified items were stolen from a backyard in the 200 block of N. Conejo School Road between March 3 and 10. The incident was only recently reported.
For drinking alcohol in public and possession of marijuana, a male, 39, was arrested at 7:53 a.m. Sept. 4.
A wallet was stolen from a purse in an unlocked locker at The Oaks between 4 and 8:45 p.m. Sept. 5.
For public intoxication, a female, 41, was arrested at 2:27 p.m. Aug. 26 in the 700 block of N. Moorpark Road. A male, 29, was similarly arrested at 4 a.m. Aug. 29 in the 300 block of Galsworthy Street.
The following were cited for drinking alcoholic beverages in public: Five males, 46, 20, 26, 31 and 19 (also underage) at 10:20 p.m. Sept. 3 in the 100 block of E. Wilbur Road; a male, 44, at 4:30 p.m. Sept. 3 in the 300 block of S. Rancho Road; a male, 60, at 11 a.m. Sept. 2 in the 100 block of S. Oak View (the subject arrested for giving false information to a police officer); two males, both 46, at 1:30 p.m. Aug. 26 in the first block of S. Rancho Road; and four males, 39, 46, 53 and 50 at 12:50 p.m. Aug. 26, also in the first block of S. Rancho Road.
For urinating in public at 10:57 p.m. Aug. 27, a male, 45, was cited in the 100 block of E. Thousand Oaks Boulevard. Another male, 46, was similarly cited in the 800 block of E. Thousand Oaks Boulevard at 10:05 p.m. Aug. 27.
Westlake/T.O.
A male, 52, was arrested in the 2700 block of Agoura Road after he allegedly battered two victims in the 1000 block of S. Westlake Boulevard on Aug. 28.
For driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, a female, 43, was arrested at 1:38 a.m. Aug. 29 at Westlake Boulevard and Deepwood Drive.
Unknown vandal(s) used red paint and caused more than $400 in damage to property in the 1700 block of Larkfield Avenue on Sept. 4 or 5.
Between 12:30 and 12:51 p.m. Sept. 4 in the 900 block of S. Westlake Boulevard there was a vehicle burglary (unlocked, cash and personal items stolen).
In August, a bank teller allegedly conducted illegal withdrawals and passed a rubber check at a financial institution in the 900 block of S. Westlake Boulevard.
For leaving an animal unattended in a vehicle at 1 p.m. Aug. 26, a male, 41, was cited and released in the Westlake portion of T.O.
Somebody stole something from a building in the 2200 block of Knollcrest Drive between July 1 and 9. The incident was only recently reported.
For public intoxication a male, 49, was arrested at 12:58 a.m. Aug. 30 in the 3600 block of E. Thousand Oaks Boulevard.
