3 T.O. teenagers are arrested on vehicle burglary allegations

Three Thousand Oaks residents were arrested Sept. 1 on charges of vehicle burglary.

On Aug. 29, items were stolen from a vehicle parked at the Chumash Indian Museum in the 3200 block of Lang Ranch Parkway in Thousand Oaks. After the burglary occurred, the victim’s credit card was fraudulently used at a local business.

Based on evidence collected at the scene and statements from witnesses, the Thousand Oaks Police Department identified the suspects as Cory Alexander Rebolledo, 18, Britney Marissa Rebolledo, 18, and Richard Daniel Gatto, 19.

Cory Rebolledo was arrested on allegations of vehicle burglary, commercial burglary, identity theft and fraudulent use of a credit card.

Britney Rebolledo was arrested on a charge of vehicle burglary and on an outstanding warrant.

Gatto was arrested on a charge of vehicle burglary and an outstanding warrant.

All three subjects were booked at Ventura County Jail.
