The Oaks Chamber Singers has openings for altos only.

The group rehearses Mondays from 7 to 9 p.m. in Newbury Park. All rehearsals, including dress rehearsals with instruments, will be on Monday nights.

The singers will perform Mozart Mass in C minor at 4 p.m. Sun., Nov. 14 at the Camarillo United Methodist Church with Mark Holmstrom, organist.

The group is the winner of the 2006 Excellence in the Arts Award from the Thousand Oaks Arts Commission.
