•Air Force Airman Stephen G. Morgan graduated from basic military training at Lackland Air Force Base, San Antonio, Texas.

He is the son of Sandra and Glen Morgan of Thousand Oaks and a 2009 graduate of Thousand Oaks High School.

•Army Pfc. Kyle L. Wilhelm has graduated from the Infantryman One Station Unit Training at Fort Benning, Columbus, Ga. The training consists of basic infantry and advanced individual training.

Wilhelm is the son of Tim and Darlynn Wilhelm of Thousand Oaks. He graduated in 2004 from Newbury Park High School and received an associate degree in 2007 from Moorpark College.

•Navy Seaman Apprentice Juli J. Childress recently completed U.S. Navy basic training at Recruit Training Command, Great Lakes, Ill.

She is the daughter of Gretchen L. Koenig of Thousand Oaks and Ronald D. Zimmer of Simi Valley. Childress is a 2007 graduate of Thousand Oaks High School.

•Air National Guard Airman 1st Class Hayden C. Shockley graduated from basic military training at Lackland Air Force Base, San Antonio, Texas.

He is the son of Barton and Suzanne Shockley of Westlake Village and a 2009 graduate of Westlake High School.
