Chabad of the Conejo will host the annual Tashlich Walk on the first day of Rosh Hashana at 5:15 p.m. Thurs., Sept. 9 at the Hyatt Westlake Plaza, 880 S. Westlake Blvd., Westlake Village.

Participants will walk to Westlake Lake, where a prayer will be recited and Jews will symbolically “cast away” their sins into the water.

The tradition of Tashlich consists of visiting a body of water containing live fish.

Jews from all synagogues are invited to join the walk.
