All-Star team completes awesome season


CHAMPS—The Thousand Oaks 8U Gold All-Star softball team had an unbelievable summer after winning tournaments on Memorial Day, first place in WAGS (Westlake/Agoura Girls Softball) and Northridge. They also became Western District champs. The coaches: Mike Monzo, Doug Lafayette and Dana Caudill, with manager Rick Agnetti. Standing: Madeline Lafayette, Emma Mobley, Emma Caudill, Amanda Mellor, Taylor Johnson, Emma Morgan and Emma Martinez. Kneeling: Melia Barlow, Savannah Graham, Alexa Campbell and Alexa Pollara. Not pictured are Katelyn Pattillo and Chloe Mayhue.
