A 33-year-old male was arrested for possessing stolen property, burglary tools and a controlled substance at Target, 2705 Teller Road, at 6:50 p.m. Aug. 14. He was also under the influence of methamphetamine.

A male, 53, was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs at 1:10 p.m. Aug. 18 at Borchard Road and Michael Drive.

For being under the influence of controlled substances, the following subjects were arrested: a female, 42, at 10:35 p.m. Aug. 16 in the 2600 block of Michael Drive; a female, 37, at 2 p.m. Aug. 16 in the 2400 block of W. Hillcrest Drive; a male, 29, at 5:05 p.m. Aug. 13 in the 2200 block of W. Hillcrest Drive (subject also possessed heroin); a female, 32, at 5:10 p.m. Aug. 13 in the 2200 block of W. Hillcrest Drive; a female, 37, and a male, 40, around 10:30 p.m. Aug. 13 at Rancho Conejo Road and Hillcrest Drive (female subject possessed a controlled substance).

An assailant battered a person between 5:25 and 5:40 p.m. Aug. 9 in the 1600 block of Lawrence Drive.

A female, 25, was arrested for commercial burglary, forgery, identity theft and possession of stolen property at 7:45 p.m. Aug. 19 in the 200 block of Cathy Drive.

Vending machines were vandalized ($1,100 in damage, $750 in currency stolen) on Aug. 14 or 15 in the 2300 block of Borchard Road.

A male, 39, was arrested for burglary at Ralphs, 583 N. Ventu Park Road, at 10:50 p.m. Aug. 17.

A shoplifter stole $100 worth of merchandise from Target between 11:30 and 11:47 a.m. Aug. 12.

Graffiti defaced property on Aug. 17 in the 600 block of Avenida de La Plata.

A burglar broke a vehicle gas cap and stole gas around 3:15 a.m. Aug. 10 in the 3300 block of Grande Vista Drive.

A vehicle break-in was attempted between 1:10 and 1:17 a.m. Aug. 17 in the 2400 block of Adrian Street.

Property was stolen from unlocked vehicles at the following locations: on Aug. 15 in the 500 block of Avenida Del Platino; on Aug. 9 or 10 in the 4000 block of Maurice Drive; on July 31 in the 600 block of Doe Creek Circle; on Aug. 12 or 13 in the 3300 block of William Drive.

A female, 24, was arrested for being drunk in public at 9:25 p.m. Aug. 14 in the 100 block of N. Reino Road.

Thousand Oaks

A male, 32, was arrested for committing a lewd or lascivious act with a child under the age of 14 at 11:30 p.m. Aug. 16 in the 1300 block of Avenida de Los Arboles.

The following subjects were arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs at the times, dates and places indicated: a male, 37, at 5:20 p.m. Aug. 17 in the first block of W. Thousand Oaks Boulevard; a male, 35, at 9:30 a.m. Aug. 16 at Los Robles Hospital (subject involved in traffic collision at Janss Road and Marlowe Street); a male, 60, at 7:30 p.m. Aug. 17 in the 2900 block of Willow Lane; a male, 23, at 2:03 a.m. Aug. 13 at Thousand Oaks and Conejo boulevards; a male, 29, at 1:16 a.m. Aug. 15 at Lynn Road and Portofino Place (subject involved in traffic accident with injuries).

For being under the influence of controlled substances, the following subjects were arrested: a female, 22, at 11 a.m. Aug. 17 in the 1300 block of E. Thousand Oaks Boulevard; a male, 21, at 5 a.m. Aug. 14 at Thousand Oaks Boulevard and Rancho Road; a female, 21, at 5 a.m. Aug. 14 in the 1200 block of E. Thousand Oaks Boulevard (subject possessed drug paraphernalia); a female, 22, at 5:30 a.m. Aug. 14 at Los Robles Hospital; a male, 38, at 8:45 a.m. Aug. 14 at the northbound 101 Freeway and Lynn Road (subject possessed a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia).

A female, 47, was arrested for domestic battery at 6:50 p.m. Aug. 16 in the 1600 block of E. Thousand Oaks Boulevard. The crime occurred Aug. 10 in the 2100 block of Glastonbury Road.

A 49-year-old male committed a petty theft with priors while possessing a smoking device at 8:45 a.m. Aug. 18 in the 1900 block of E. Avenida de Los Arboles.

A male, 35, purchased items with a stolen credit card at 3 p.m. Aug. 6 in the 200 block of W. Hillcrest Drive. He was arrested Aug. 12 at East County Sheriff’s Station.

Home burglaries occurred at the following locations: on Aug. 18 or 19 in the 1400 block of Calle Tilo; on Aug. 16 or 17 in the 900 block of Calle Clavel; between Aug. 5 and 8 in the 1600 block of Fordham Avenue; between 10:45 and 10:52 p.m. Aug. 15 in the 400 block of Tuolumne Avenue.

Property was stolen from a garage between Aug. 5 and 19 in the 2200 block of Rutland Place.

A trespasser vandalized a home between Aug. 11 and 15 in the 100 block of Queens Garden Drive.

A grand theft occurred between July 22 and Aug. 18 in the 3600 block of Calle Quebracho.

A grand theft occurred between 12:20 and 1:30 a.m. Aug. 15 in the 200 block of N. Moorpark Road.

Mail was stolen from several mailboxes on Aug. 12 or 13 on La Granada Drive, Jeanette Avenue and El Cerrito Drive.

Property valued at $149 was stolen from Sports Chalet, 1350 N. Moorpark Road, between 4:16 and 4:31 p.m. Aug. 13. A thief stole more than $400 in merchandise from the store between Aug. 10 and 13.

A grand theft occurred at Ralphs, 1500 N. Moorpark Road, between 4:07 and 4:16 p.m. Aug. 11.

A petty theft occurred between 12:30 and 1:20 p.m. Aug. 13 in the 2500 block of E. Thousand Oaks Boulevard.

Property was stolen between July 27 and Aug. 14 in the 2000 block of La Granada Drive.

A petty theft occurred on Aug. 13 or 14 in the 3200 block of Royal Oaks Drive.

A business was burglarized just after 2 a.m. Aug. 16 in the 2800 block of Townsgate Road.

A thief stole $140 in merchandise from GNC, 274 W. Hillcrest Drive, between 8:04 and 8:10 p.m. Aug. 17.

An 18-year-old female was cited for shoplifting at 9:07 p.m. Aug. 13 in the 500 block of W. Hillcrest Drive.

A female, 18, stole property and was arrested at 9:13 p.m. Aug. 13 in the 500 block of W. Hillcrest Drive.

A female juvenile shoplifted merchandise from Urban Outfitters at The Oaks mall between 4 and 5 p.m. Aug. 17.

A female, 19, stole items from Macy’s valued at $50 around 5 p.m. Aug. 13 in the 500 block of W. Hillcrest Drive.

Registration tabs were stolen from a vehicle on Aug. 12 in the 2100 block of Sirius Street.

Vehicle registration stickers were stolen on Aug. 5 or 6 in the 700 block of Masterson Drive.

A male, 30, was arrested for obstructing justice at 9:25 p.m. Aug. 16 in the first block of S. Rancho Road.

A male, 54, was cited for selling cigarettes to a 14-year-old juvenile at a USA gas station, 1640 N. Moorpark Road, at 1:45 a.m. Aug. 18.

A female, 47, was cited for disobeying a court order on Aug. 12 in the 1800 block of Los Feliz Drive.

A male, 27, was cited for hosting a dance and charging an entrance fee without a permit at 10:10 p.m. July 23 in the 2500 block of Townsgate Road.

A female, 41, was arrested for being drunk in public at 9:40 p.m. Aug. 13 at Wilbur and Hodencamp roads.

The following subjects were cited for drinking alcohol in public: a male, 23, at 9:30 p.m. Aug. 19 in the 800 block of Warwick Avenue (subject lied to police about his identity); a male, 54, at 5:45 p.m. Aug. 18 along Thousand Oaks Boulevard, east of Los Feliz Drive.

A male, 29, was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol and being involved in a traffic accident at 3:10 a.m. Aug. 12 along Westlake Boulevard, south of Potrero Road.

A business was burglarized at 3:18 a.m. Aug. 15 in the 4500 block of E. Thousand Oaks Boulevard.

A male, 39, was arrested for trespassing at 10:55 a.m. Aug. 14 at Triunfo Canyon Road and Westshore Lane.

A vehicle break-in occurred on Aug. 13 in the 1000 block of S. Westlake Boulevard.

A $1,200 window was damaged at Westlake High School between Aug. 13 and 16.

Property was stolen from a garage on Aug. 15 in the 2100 block of Hillsbury Drive.
