Janss Marketplace presents Movies under the Stars with free films and popcorn on Wednesdays at the shopping center, Moorpark Road and Hillcrest Drive, Thousand Oaks.

Guests should bring lawn seating. Following is the schedule of movies, which start at dusk: Sept. 8, “Furry Vengeance;” Sept. 15, “Beethoven;” Sept. 22, “Bolt” and Sept. 29, “Fame.”

Movie seating is in the courtyard near the interactive fountain and opens at 7 p.m.

Before the movie, guests can purchase a $19.95 picnic for two from a special dinner menu from participating marketplace restaurants. Dinner orders must be placed by 5 p.m. Wednesday.
