The following subjects were arrested on suspicion of drunk driving at the times, dates and places shown: A female, 39, 1:29 a.m. July 16 at Michael Drive and Borchard Road; a female, 21, at 1:55 a.m. July 20 on Greenmeadow Avenue north of Lynn Road; and a male, 19, at 1:36 a.m. July 17 at Wendy Drive and Delacodo Avenue regarding an accident that caused injury to his passenger.

A male, 40, was arrested for being under the influence of a controlled substance at 11:45 a.m. July 21 in the 2400 block of W. Hillcrest Drive.

For an alleged hit-and-run vehicle accident at Reino Road and Lesser Drive, a male, 19, was arrested in the early morning of July 20 in the 3800 block of Calle Loma Vista. The subject had no driver’s license.

A male, 28, allegedly used force and fear to commit theft in the 2700 block of Teller Road around noon July 20. He was arrested later that day in Camarillo.

Somebody entered a store in the 2700 block of Teller Avenue between 12:30 and 12:53 p.m. July 20, disabled a security device and stole merchandise of enough value to be a felony.

On two separate occasions, males tried to steal merchandise from Target. One occurred between 11:57 a.m. and 12:13 p.m. on June 25, and the other occurred between 12:21 and 12:37 p.m. on July 15.

Grand theft occurred in the 3800 block of Briar Ridge Court between July 1 and 8.

Something was stolen from a home in the 300 block of Fairhaven Court between June 24 and July 14.

A home was burglarized (no signs of forced entry) in the 100 block of Silas Avenue between July 14 and 17.

Petty theft occurred at a home in the 800 block of Longford Avenue around 11:30 p.m. July 15. The victim knew the thief.

The Kelly Park Homeowners Association was hit by vandalism exceeding $400 in damage the night of July 16 in the 1800 block of Galway Lane. No further details were provided on the incident report.

Vehicles were targeted by burglar(s) in the following: 600 block of Via Linda between 9:50 p.m. July 14 and 5:15 a.m. July 15 (unlocked); 3900 block of Barcelona Place on July 13 or 14; 500 block of Highcrest Court the night of July 16 (window left partially open); 3800 block of Abbey Court between 1:30 and 6:30 a.m. July 16 (rear window smashed); 300 block of Via de La Mesa (wallet stolen from unlocked car); between 8:45 p.m. July 19 and 7 a.m. July 20 in the 2900 block of Alice Drive (unlocked); the night of July 5 in the 4300 block of Via Juanita; and the night of July 12 in the 200 block of Via Mirabella (camera stolen).

Thousand Oaks

After a traffic stop for a possible DUI, a male, 45, was arrested at 2:02 a.m. July 15 at Avenida de Los Arboles and the 23 Freeway for being under the influence of a controlled substance, possession of a syringe and a smoking device, and possession of three types of controlled substances and marijuana.

The following subjects were arrested on suspicion of drunk driving at the times, dates and places shown: A male, 23, at 10:05 p.m. July 14 in the 600 block of N. Moorpark Road; and a female, 58, at 5:10 p.m. July 17 in the 200 block of W. Janss Road (regarding an earlier traffic collision on La Granada Drive, north of Hood Drive).

On suspicion of being under the influence of a controlled substance, the following were arrested at the times, dates and places shown: A male, 24, while he was riding his bicycle at 1:28 a.m. July 15 at Thousand Oaks Boulevard and Duesenberg Drive; and a male, 21, at 5:22 p.m. July 19 in a parking lot in the 400 block of E. Avenida de Los Arboles.

For child endangerment, a female, 22, was arrested at 5:30 p.m. July 17 in the 1400 block of E. Avenida de Los Arboles. No details were included in the arrest report.

A male, 32, allegedly kicked a female in the shin and shoved her against his vehicle the morning of Jan. 1, 2008, for which he was arrested in Thousand Oaks on July 20, 2010.

For allegedly battering a male co-habitant, a female, 22, was arrested at 4:02 a.m. July 18 in the 800 block of St. Charles Drive. A male, 25, was arrested for the same violation at the same time and location.

For scratching her husband in his face, a female, 20, was arrested for domestic battery in the 200 block of Thoreau Avenue at 11:07 a.m. July 20.

A male, 24, was arrested for using willful and unlawful force against another person at 7:29 p.m. July 20 in the 200 block of Heather Ridge Avenue.

A male, 49, was arrested July 20 at East Valley Sheriff’s Station for battery regarding an incident in the first block of N. Skyline Drive that allegedly occurred around noon July 9.

Authorities responded to a domestic dispute involving a male, 35, and a female, 42, in the 2800 block of N. Majorca Court the evening of July 16.

After a traffic accident with a parked vehicle in the 2600 block of N. Moorpark Road, a male, 48, was arrested for hit-and-run the afternoon of July 19 in the 1200 block of Alessandro Drive.

Merchandise valued at more than $400 was stolen from Orchard Supply Hardware on July 14.

A known person stole something valued at more than $400 from AMR (American Medical Response) between June 9 and July 14. The subject was later arrested for possession of a controlled substance, possession of a syringe and possession of less than 28 grams of marijuana.

A store was victimized by a shoplifter in The Oaks mall between Feb. 1 and July 20 when product was stolen from an eyelash kit.

Somebody knocked several times on the front door and repeatedly rang the doorbell of a home in the 400 block of Canyon Vista at 1:40 p.m. July 19. When the subject realized somebody was home, he fled. Nothing was missing.

Somebody broke into a home in the 2900 block of Blue Spruce Circle between 3:35 and 3:42 a.m. July 21.

A home break-in was reported in the 2100 block of Montrose Drive. The burglary occurred the night of July 15 and involved a loss of more than $400.

Vehicles were targeted by burglar(s) in the following: July 17 or 18 in the 200 block of Venus Street (unlocked); four vehicles in the 600 block of Via Colinas between 2 and 7 a.m. July 17; the night of July 18 in the 5300 block of Via Jacinto (unlocked); between July 17 and 19 in the 1600 block of Shadow Oaks Place (two vehicles, both unlocked); July 16 or 17 in the 1300 block of Calle Avellano (attempt made to punch out a door lock); 1500 block of La Granada Drive on July 18 or 19 (unlocked); 1600 block of Shadow Oaks Place on July 18 or 19 (unlocked); and the 300 block of Mesa Avenue on July 18 or 19 (window smashed, stolen property valued at $500).

A vehicle was vandalized the night of July 20 in the 1600 block of Falling Star Avenue. The damage exceeded $400.

A car was vandalized (dented grill, scratched door) between July 1 and 11 in the 200 block of Triunfo Canyon Road. The damage was more than $400.

Graffiti vandalism caused less than $400 in damage in the 3500 block of Lang Ranch between July 10 and 14.

For possession of marijuana while driving, a male, 21, was cited at 8:12 p.m. July 21 in the Trader Joe’s parking lot at Avenida de Los Arboles and Moorpark Road.

For violating a court order, a male, 42, was arrested at noon July 15 in the 2900 block of Heavenly Ridge Street regarding an incident in the 1800 block of Aleppo Street.

A female, 19, was arrested for shoplifting at 4:15 p.m. July 7 in the 500 block of W. Hillcrest Drive.

At 6:54 p.m. July 16, a female, 21, was caught shoplifting at J.C. Penney.

A male, 40, at 5:20 p.m. July 16 was arrested for public intoxication at Dover and Hendrix avenues.

Two males, 46 and 43, and a female, 41, were cited for giving foot massages without permits the afternoon of July 16 in the 1100 block of E. Thousand Oaks Boulevard.

A male, 53, was caught stealing recycled items curbside in the vicinity of Kirk and Warwick avenues at 9:38 a.m. July 19.

For illegally possessing alcohol, a male, 18, was cited and released at 12:40 a.m. July 20 at Sorrento and La Paloma circles.

Westlake/T.O.

A male, 66, was arrested on suspicion of drunk driving at 10:20 p.m. July 15 on Townsgate Road east of Village Glen. Another male, 23, was similarly arrested at 7:10 p.m. July 20 in the Ralphs parking lot in the 3900 block of E. Thousand Oaks Boulevard.

The Village Green Property Owners Association was the victim of theft on July 19 or 20 on the southeast corner of Agoura Road and Village Glen. No further details were provided.

Somebody tried to steal hair products and baby formula from a supermarket in the 1100 block of Lindero Canyon Road at 11 a.m. July 18.

Somebody stole a cellphone in the 4000 block of E. Thousand Oaks Boulevard and made numerous phone calls and text messages on the device from 8 p.m. July 15 to 10:30 p.m. July 16.
