A 29-year-old male was arrested for committing assault with a deadly weapon, battery and making criminal threats at 8:30 p.m. July 9 in the 1200 block of Newbury Road.

A male, 39, was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs at 6 p.m. July 11 along Old Conejo Road, west of Wendy Drive. The subject had been involved in a traffic collision.

For being under the influence of controlled substances, the following subjects were arrested at the times, dates and places listed: A male, 34, at 9:30 a.m. July 14 in the 2400 block of W. Hillcrest Drive (subject also charged with possession of a controlled substance and obstructing justice); a female, 26, at 9:30 a.m. July 14 in the 2400 block of Hillcrest Drive; a female, 28, at 9:05 a.m. July 14 in the 2400 block of W. Hillcrest Drive (subject also possessed a controlled substance); a female, 20, at 12:15 a.m. July 12 at Borchard Park (subject also possessed a syringe and a usable amount of heroin); a male, 43, at 5 p.m. July 8 in the 500 block of Wendy Drive (subject possessed methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia); a male, 24, at 10 p.m. July 9 in the 2400 block of W. Hillcrest Drive (subject possessed heroin); a male, 21, at 8:30 p.m. July 10 in the 1200 block of Newbury Road (methamphetamine); and a male, 24, at 8:45 p.m. July 10 in the 1200 block of Newbury Road (methamphetamine).

A male, 46, allegedly committed domestic battery around 3:30 a.m. July 13 in the 2400 block of W. Hillcrest Drive.

A 38-year-old female allegedly committed domestic battery causing injury around 3:30 a.m. July 13 in the 2400 block of W. Hillcrest Drive.

A home was burglarized July 13 in the 800 block of Cayo Grande.

A credit card theft occurred between June 21 and 24 in the 2700 block of Teller Road.

A male, 20, was arrested for stealing a vehicle at 2:15 p.m. July 10 at Rancho Conejo Boulevard and Hillcrest Drive.

A vandal caused $900 in property damage between July 10 and 12 in the 3000 block of Old Conejo Road.

Two water fountains valued at $685 were vandalized on July 8 or 9 in the 4900 block of Via Andrea.

A male, 51, was arrested for possessing medication without a prescription and marijuana at 11:37 p.m. July 10 in the 2400 block of W. Hillcrest Drive.

A female, 50, and male, 47, were arrested for giving foot massages without a permit at 4:55 p.m. July 10 in the 2000 block of Newbury Road.

Vehicle break-ins occurred at the following locations: Between 3:30 and 5:30 p.m. July 9 along Potrero Road, near Wendy Drive; on July 9 or 10 in the 800 block of Tupelo Wood Court (unlocked); on July 10 or 11 in the 800 block of Birch Hill Street (unlocked); and on July 10 or 11 in the 200 block of Ensenada Avenue (unlocked).

Thousand Oaks

A 33-year-old male allegedly battered his wife and endangered the life of his child by driving a vehicle while under the influence of alcohol. He was arrested at 5:05 a.m. July 11 in the 1900 block of Los Feliz Drive.

The following subjects were arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs at the times, dates and places indicated: A female, 27, at 1:30 a.m. July 14 in the 200 block of W. Janss Road (subject involved in traffic accident with injury at Moorpark Road and Thousand Oaks Boulevard); a male, 20, at 1 a.m. July 11 at Avenida de Las Flores and Avenida de Las Plantas (subject involved in traffic accident); a female, 39, at 7:30 p.m. July 12 at Kanan Road and Crown Ridge Court (subject involved in traffic collision); and a male, 27, at 10:15 p.m. July 11 at Avenida de Las Plantas and Calle Tulipan.

For being under the influence of controlled substances, the following subjects were arrested at the times, dates and places shown: A male, 21, at 2:45 p.m. July 14 in the 3100 block of Grande Vista Drive (subject possessed two vials of synthetic morphine, three empty syringes for methamphetamine and 1.2 grams of marijuana); a male, 21, at 10:45 a.m. July 13 at Janss Marketplace (subject also possessed drug paraphernalia); a male, 25, at 1 p.m. July 12 at Los Robles Hospital (subject possessed a controlled substance and a syringe); and a male, 22, at 8:20 p.m. July 9 in the 700 block of E. Thousand Oaks Boulevard (subject’s urine sample tested positive for cocaine, amphetamines and opiates).

A female, 40, allegedly assaulted her boyfriend with a deadly weapon and vandalized his vehicle around 9:15 p.m. July 12 in the 3500 block of Mountclef Boulevard.

A 28-year-old male allegedly committed domestic battery around 2:20 p.m. July 13 in the parking lot of Chuy’s restaurant on Moorpark Road.

A female, 22, was cited for battery with a minor injury at 1:45 p.m. July 12 in the 1400 block of E. Avenida de Los Arboles. The subject was arrested for being under the influence of a controlled substance at 6:38 p.m. the same day in the 1900 block of E. Avenida de Los Arboles.

A female, 47, was cited for inflicting injury to a child at 4:25 p.m. July 7 in the 100 block of Greenmeadow Avenue.

A male, 19, allegedly battered his girlfriend at 1:38 a.m. July 13 in the 400 block of Dryden Street.

A male, 47, put someone in a headlock and was cited for battery at 10:45 p.m. June 26 in the 2800 block of White Bridge Place.

A male, 48, was arrested on an allegation of domestic battery at 3:20 p.m. July 11 in the 1300 block of E. Avenida de Los Arboles.

A male, 22, was arrested for carrying a concealed weapon at 8 p.m. July 9 at Thousand Oaks Boulevard and Clay Court.

A male, 18, possessed a switchblade knife around 11:15 p.m. July 11 at Calle Elaina and Calle Pecos.

A female, 35, was arrested for grand theft—she made several fraudulent return transactions and stole merchandise and cash from her employer—and possession of two bags of methamphetamine at 8:10 p.m. July 6 in the 200 block of W. Hillcrest Drive.

For embezzling merchandise valued at more than $900 over a 12-month period from his employer, a male, 21, was arrested at 12:40 a.m. July 14 in the 300 block of W. Hillcrest Drive.

A home was burglarized around 10 p.m. July 10 in the 800 block of Warwick Avenue.

A home burglary was attempted between July 5 and 8 in the 400 block of Fargo Street.

A bicycle was stolen between 3 and 3:10 p.m. July 10 in the 3100 block of Willow Lane.

A bicycle was stolen the night of July 7 in the 2900 block of Calle Quebracho.

Two juveniles were cited for shoplifting merchandise from J.C. Penney at 280 W. Hillcrest Drive between 4:15 and 5 p.m. July 10.

Graffiti vandalism defaced a block wall on July 8 or 9 in the 1100 block of Waverly Heights Drive.

Two thefts occurred at a construction site between July 3 and 5 and again between July 10 and 12 in the 100 block of Hampstead Court.

A 21-year-old male was arrested for shoplifting at 8:40 p.m. July 9 in the 200 block of W. Hillcrest Drive.

A male, 37, was cited for petty theft at 9:35 p.m. July 1 in the 200 block of W. Hillcrest Drive.

A 21-year-old male started an illegal fire on July 4 in the 2700 block of Erbes Road. He was arrested on July 14.

Vehicle break-ins occurred at the following locations: Between 6 and 8:15 p.m. July 14 in the 200 block of Moorpark Road; on July 7 or 8 in the 1000 block of Drexel Circle (unlocked); on July 9 or 10 in the 800 block of Chestnut Street (multiple vehicles); and on July 7 or 8 in the 600 block of Camino Del Verde.

A $140 vehicle mirror was broken on July 12 or 13 in the 2700 block of Los Robles Road.

A vehicle was vandalized ($3,000 in damage) on July 10 in the 200 block of E. Gainsborough Road.

A male, 22, was arrested for lying to police at 12:20 a.m. July 14 in the 600 block of Brossard Drive.

A male, 24, was arrested for being drunk in public at 11:50 p.m. July 11 at Moorpark Road and Avenida de Las Flores.

A male, 26, was arrested for being under the influence of a controlled substance at 9:40 a.m. July 10 at the intersection of Potrero Road and Westlake Boulevard. A 25-year-old female was similarly arrested at 10:45 a.m. July 10 in the 4300 block of Coachman Circle.

A burglar stole an iPhone, charger and cash from an unlocked home while the homeowner was sleeping on the night of July 8 in the 5500 block of Partridge Court.

A home burglary occurred between 11:40 a.m. and 1 p.m. July 13 in the 900 block of Lake Sherwood Drive.

Power tools and hand tools were stolen from a locked garage between July 2 and 5 in the 4000 block of Cresthaven Drive.

An unidentified female stole property from an unlocked vehicle between 3:10 and 3:15 p.m. July 5 in the 100 block of S. Westlake Boulevard.
