Local residents named to honor rolls
•Two Thousand Oaks residents made the spring 2010 dean’s list at Seton Hall University, South Orange, NJ.
The students are Caroline Elizabeth Faith Dunbar and Angela Joan Peate, College of Arts and Sciences, and Christopher Brian Bennett, Stillman School of Business.
Seton Hall is a Catholic university that embraces students of all races and religions.
•Emma Rebecca Grossman of Westlake Village has been named to the dean’s list for the spring 2010 semester for Drew University in Madison, NJ.
To qualify for the dean’s list, students must earn a grade point average of 3.4 or above, which is equivalent to a B+ or better.
•Thousand Oaks resident Jazwa Laurissa has been named to the spring 2010 dean’s list at Roger Williams University at Bristol, RI.
Full-time students who complete 12 or more credits per semester and earn a grade point average of 3.4 or higher are placed on the dean’s list that semester, provided that they have not received a failing or incomplete grade.
•Andrew H. Legorreta of Westlake Village was named to the dean’s list for the spring 2010 semester at Marist College in Poughkeepsie, NY. He is majoring in sports communications.
Marist is an independent liberal arts college with an enrollment of 4,500 full-time undergraduate students from 36 states and 13 countries.
•Brandon Nilsson of Thousand Oaks was named to the dean’s list for the spring semester at Franklin Pierce University in Rindge, NH. He is a sophomore majoring in computer information technology.
For inclusion on the dean’s list, students must maintain a term grade point average of at least 3.3 on a scale of four.
