The Women Entrepreneurs of the San Fernando and Conejo valleys will host a mixer and membership drive at 5 p.m. Tues., Aug. 3 at Sagebrush Cantina, 23527 Calabasas Road, Calabasas.

Women in business can meet other like-minded women dedicated to building relationships focused on business growth. And at this onetime event, discounts will be offered on membership.

In 2006, the Association of Women Entrepreneurs started its first group in the Santa Clarita Valley with 12 women. The association has grown to more than 130 members in the first year.
