Chris Kimball, president of California Lutheran University, is scheduled to speak before the Thousand Oaks Kiwanis Club at a weekly breakfast. Prospective members of Kiwanis Club are invited to attend.

The meeting will begin at 7 a.m., Wed., July 21 at the Plug Nickel, 717 Lakefield Road, Westlake Village.
