TEA Party still active in Conejo

U.S. patriots are becoming more discouraged with each passing day as we continue to witness this administration’s failures regarding the economic crisis facing our nation.

Governmental greed, corruption and dishonesty have created growing distrust. This country has always prided itself with being a government of the people, by the people and for the people.

Yet on a daily basis we see our current representatives ignoring our Constitution and citizens.

The more decision-makers that we have in an already oversized government, the more useless bills are proposed, and unfortunately some of them actually get passed. Congress obviously feels the only way to resolve financial problems is to raise taxes.

If they’re truly concerned with wasteful spending they’d reduce government growth, live within a budget and stop squandering our tax dollars.

Governmental growth is out of control. Where in our Constitution are czars introduced?

Since Homeland Security was activated, it’s accomplished little that training of existing law enforcement agencies couldn’t have done far more efficiently.

Today Homeland Security has more than 200,000 employees, but our borders remain a major avenue of illegal entry.

Local patriots, like others, are no exception. A growing number of American citizens are troubled.

We’re concerned over our failing economy, rising taxes, increasing unemployment and ridiculous bills that are being passed that place additional hardships on individual taxpayers and privately owned businesses.

We welcome all 912 members of our new TEA (Taxed Enough Already) Party and look forward to government employees hearing, seeing and responding in a positive way to our peaceful demonstrations and concerns.
