The 2010-11 Westlake Village Newcomers Club board officers and directors were installed at a recent luncheon

The officers are president, Anne Baumgartner; first vice president activities, Rosemary Aselin; second vice president membership, Nancy Volkinburg; secretary, Claire-Ann Nicholson; treasurer, Elke Heuer.

The directors are: coffees, Gail Warekois and Louise Hartsock; directory, Rene Cearley; hospitality, Fran Harrison; communications, Jan Fase; parliamentarian, Lee Sorenson; publicity, Cindy Jacoby; socials, Pat Loud and Peggy Johnston; sunshine, Carol Ann Bentivegna; and website, Bev Hammond.

The club welcomes not only people new to the Greater Westlake area but also anyone wishing to make new friends.

The club provides a variety of group and social activities each month.

The club is a nonprofit social activities club supported by membership dues and special occasion activity fees. Membership dues are $35 per individual or couple for a one-year membership. This includes access to the member website and a calendar of each month’s activities.
