The Fairwind Sailing Club will host its monthly open house from 1 to 4 p.m. Sun., June 27 at the Peninsula Yacht Marina parking lot, 3700 Peninsula Road, Oxnard, at Channel Islands Harbor.

During the first hour information will be presented and questions answered about the club. Participants will take the boats out for a free sail from 2 to 4 p.m.

For a limited time the club will be open to new members with sailing experience. The club owns 10 sailboats at the harbor.
