Conejo Valley swimming pools are officially open. The pools offer swim lessons and recreational swimming.

Lap swim. 6 to 8 a.m. Monday/ Tuesday/Thursday-Saturday. 9 a.m. to noon Sunday.

Recreational swim. 1 to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. 7 to 9 p.m. Monday/Wednesday/ Friday. 12:30 to 4:30 p.m. Saturday/ Sunday.

•Newbury Park High School, 458 Reino Road. (805) 498-6906. Open June 12 through Aug. 20.

Recreational swim. 1:30 to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. 7 to 9 p.m. Monday. 12:30 to 3:30 p.m. Saturday.

•Thousand Oaks High School, 2323 N. Moorpark Road. (805) 496-8564. Open June 14 through Aug. 20.

Recreational swim. 1:30 to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. 7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday.

•Westlake High School, 100 N. Lakeview Canyon Road, Westlake. Open June 14 through July 23. Swim lessons only.

•Admission fees. Ages 2 to 61, $2. Under 7 must be accompanied by an adult.

Children under 2 years, free. Seniors 62 year and up, free for recreational swim only. Family of four, $6. Summer family pass, $150.

•Red Cross swim instruction at community pool at CLU, Newbury Park and Westlake High school pools. Monday through Saturday mornings, and daily evenings. Daily and weekly classes. All ages. $58 to 155.

•Recreational swimming passes. Community pool at CLU and high school pools. Monday through Sunday. Family, $150. Individual, $75.

•Special swimming programs include junior lifeguarding, swim team, diving, deep water conditioning, water polo, Mighty Mite swim camp, kids’ triathlon, family float Fridays, adult inner tube water polo.
