Father’s Day is Sun., June 20, and the Thousand Oaks Acorn is inviting young people to take out pen, pencil or crayon and draw a picture of dear old dad.

Using a template in an ad running next week, draw a picture of what your father looks like and send it to the Thousand Oaks Acorn , 30423 Canwood St., Ste. 108, Agoura Hills, CA 91301.

Dad, don’t take it personally. If you’ve got really big ears, it just means you’re a good listener. If your hair isn’t quite right, maybe it’s because it isn’t there anymore. It’s the thought that counts.
