Robotics camp offered
The sixth annual Robotics Camp/Workshop will offer four weekly, three-day sessions at Heschel West School in Agoura Hills.
The camp meets on Monday, Wednesday and Friday on the weeks starting July 5, July 12, Aug. 2 and Aug. 9.
The camp, sponsored by Robotics and Things of Simi Valley, uses programming from California and National Science Standards to create robots, robotic creatures and robotic vehicles.
Goals and objectives will be created by setting tasks using Robotic sets, kits and parts.
Boys and girls ages 7 to 14 will have an opportunity to learn science, technology, engineering and math while working individually and in team or group settings.
