Whisky Business, a whiskey tasting club, will host its next tasting at 6 p.m. Fri., May 21 at Eric’s Restaurant, 495 N. Ventu Park Road, Newbury Park.

The event offers anyone interested a chance to learn more about whiskey in a relaxed setting.

The tasting will focus on Scotch, a whiskey made in Scotland.

William Terry, general manager of Wades Wines, will share his knowledge about the complex spirit.

Seating is limited, and the event is expected to sell out. The cost of $30 includes appetizers.
