Bridges Charter School will host a parent information meeting from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. Tues., April 20 at The Shepherd’s House (Thousand Oaks Foursquare Church), 95 N. Oakview Drive, Thousand Oaks.

Attendees can meet the charter petitioners, watch a PowerPoint presentation of the K-8 whole child program highlights and participate in a question-and-answer discussion. Enrollment/admissions information will be provided, and application forms will be available.

The school is accepting applications for enrollment. Applying students will be added to the waiting list in the order their applications are received.

Attendance at a parent information meeting, to ensure understanding of both the school’s whole child education philosophy and the parental commitment, is required before a child’s admission to the school.

This will be the final parent information meeting offered before the 2010-11 school year and will satisfy the requirement.
