A 22-year-old female was arrested for prostitution, pimping a minor and child endangerment at 6:15 p.m. March 29 in the 1300 block of Newbury Road.

The following subjects were arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs at the times, dates and places indicated: A male, 37, at 1:10 a.m. March 30 at the intersection of Glenbrock and Mendocino roads; a male, 40, at 12:50 a.m. March 31 at Rancho Conejo road and Hillcrest Drive; a male, 27, at 6:25 a.m. march 27 at Poplar Crest Avenue and Walnut Court (subject involved in a hit-and-run accident); and a male, 26, at 1:15 p.m. March 26 at Ramona Drive and Windrose Drive.

On suspicion of being under the influence of controlled substances, the following subjects were arrested: Two males, 25 and 26, and a female, 25, around 1:40 p.m. March 31 in the 1800 block of Tipperary Lane; a female, 21, and a male, 23, at 5 p.m. March 26 in the 1800 block of Tipperary Lane (the male subject possessed a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia); a male, 25, at 8:45 p.m. March 25 in the 100 block of Bluefield Drive; and a male, 25, at 11 p.m. March 26 in the 100 block of N. Wendy Drive.

A male, 18, was arrested for burglary and conspiring with four other people to take property from a locker room at 1 p.m. March 26 in the 400 block of N. Reino Road.

A 25-year-old female was arrested for shoplifting $159 worth of goods from Target on Teller Road at 3:35 p.m. March 28.

Three people worked together to steal $150 of merchandise from Target on March 22.

A male, 20, was arrested for petty theft at 8:10 a.m. March 28 in the 1900 block of Newbury Road.

A male, 28, possessed a smoking device at 10:34 a.m. March 25 in the 600 block of Hanover Avenue.

Grand theft occurred at Amgen on March 25 or 26.

A home was burglarized the morning of March 26 in the 600 block of Jenny Drive.

Grand theft occurred on Feb. 1 or 2 in the 100 block of Maple Road. The crime was recently reported.

Trespassing occurred on March 24 in the 1000 block of La Grange Avenue.

Vehicle break-ins occurred at the following locations: On March 28 or 29 in the 3000 block of Charlotte Street; between March 21 and 25 in the 200 block of Cathy Drive (unlocked); and between March 19 and 21 in the 700 block of S. Westover Place.

The following subjects were arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs at the times, dates and places indicated: A male, 21, at 2:43 a.m. April 1 at Rancho Road and the 101 Freeway (subject almost collided with a patrol car); a male, 23, at 2:45 p.m. March 29 at Majorca and Velarde roads; a male, 26, at 1:43 a.m. March 31 in the 1200 block of Avenida de Los Arboles; a male, 18, at 2:50 a.m. March 26 in the 2300 block of Young Avenue; a female, 33, at 1:44 a.m. March 26 at Warwick Avenue and Wilbur Road; a male, 56, at 11:15 p.m. March 26 at Village Glen and Agoura Road (subject involved in a traffic accident); a male, 24, at 2:21 a.m. March 27 at Los Padres road and Rolling Oaks Drive (subject involved in a traffic accident); and a female, 54, at 7:35 p.m. March 25 on Hillcrest Drive, west of Erbes Road.

On suspicion of being under the influence of controlled substances, the following subjects were arrested: A male, 21, at 7:40 p.m. March 27 in the 200 block of W. Hillcrest Drive; a male, 20, at 10 a.m. March 24 in the 2400 block of W. Hillcrest Drive (subject possessed a glass methamphetamine pipe); a female, 40, at 5:45 p.m. March 24 at the East County Sheriff’s Station; a male, 18, at 7:20 p.m. March 27 in the 200 block of W. Hillcrest Drive; a female, 23, at 3:03 p.m. March 24 in the 400 block of Calle Jazmin; a male, 31, at 3:30 p.m. March 24 in the first block of E. Wilbur Road; and a male, 28, at 1:15 a.m. March 25 in the 300 block of Houston Drive.

A male, 26, was arrested for allegedly battering his girlfriend at 10:50 a.m. March 26 in the 2000 block of E. Avenida de Los Arboles. The incident apparently occurred the night before in the 800 block of Warwick Avenue.

A female, 24, was arrested on suspicion of domestic battery at 7:50 a.m. March 26 in the 4200 block of Valley Spring Drive.

A female, 26, violated a domestic restraining order on March 24 in the 300 block of E. Gainsborough Road on March 24.

A male, 25, was arrested for possessing a substance believed to be Ecstasy pills and a small amount of marijuana at 12:45 p.m. March 19 in the first block of Conejo Boulevard.

Vehicle break-ins occurred at the following locations: On March 30 or 31 in the 2800 block of Keats Avenue; between March 24 and 26 in the 200 block of Teasdale Drive; on March 27 or 28 in the 1000 block of Hendrix Avenue; on March 23 or 24 in the 2100 block of Saxe Court; on March 23 or 24 in the 100 block of Prentiss Street (unlocked); and on March 23 or 24 in the 100 block of Tennyson Street.

A vehicle was stolen from a storage lot on March 27 in the 1200 block of E. Thousand Oaks Boulevard.

Two off-road motorcycles and other valuables were stolen between Nov. 29 and March 25 in the 2800 block of E. Thousand Oaks Boulevard.

A vehicle window valued $425 was smashed on March 30 or 13 in the 2800 block of Trillium Street.

An unattended vehicle was moved with the intent to commit mischief on March 23 or 24 in the 2100 block of Saxe Court.

Home burglaries occurred at the following locations: On March 27 in the 2600 block of Lakewood Place; on March 24 or 25 in the 300 block of Somerset Circle; and on March 25 in the 1700 block of Tamarack Street.

Two burglars entered a backyard, broke a bedroom window and attempted to enter a home around 1:25 p.m. March 31 in the 2500 block of Crown View Court.

Grand thefts occurred at the following locations: On March 30 or 31 in the 900 block of Deepwood Drive; between March 20 and 22 in the 200 block of Skyline Drive; and on March 27 or 28 in the 5500 block of Spring Hill Court.

A vandal kicked and damaged a door on March 30 in the 900 block of Calle Margarita.

A purse was stolen on March 25 or 26 in the 1300 block of N. Moorpark Road.

Petty theft occurred on March 25 along Thousand Oaks Boulevard under the 23 Freeway.

Property was stolen off a front porch on March 23 or 24 in the 200 block of Teasdale Street.

A shoplifter attempted to steal goods from Albertsons in the 1700 block of E. Avenida de Los Arboles around 4:30 p.m. March 26.

A bicycle was stolen on March 24 or 25 in the 2600 block of Amberwood Place.

A female, 20, was cited for petty theft at 2:18 p.m. March 26 in the 200 block of W. Hillcrest Drive.

A 39-year-old female violated her probation terms by possessing and being under the influence of alcohol around 4 p.m. March 29 in the 2600 block of San Miguel Circle.

A male, 21, was arrested for trespassing and resisting arrest at 2:05 a.m. March 30 in the 200 block of E. Hillcrest Drive.

A male, 38, allegedly made criminal threats around 10:30 p.m. March 27 in the 100 block of N. Conejo School Road.

A female, 25, was cited for shoplifting at 9:10 p.m. March 27 in the 500 block of W. Hillcrest Drive.

A male, 31, was cited for petty theft at 8:20 p.m. March 28 in the 200 block of W. Hillcrest Drive.

A male, 57, was cited for being involved in a hit-and-run traffic accident at 9:45 p.m. March 25 in the 600 block of E. Avenida de Los Arboles. The accident occurred in front of Thousand Oaks High School around 9 p.m. that same night.

A female, 63, was cited for being involved in a hit-and-run traffic accident at 12:37 p.m. March 5 in the 2200 block of N. Lynn Road.

For selling food from a van without a license, a male, 44, was cited at 4:15 p.m. March 20 in the 600 block of Greenwich Drive.

A female, 41, was arrested for being drunk in public at 2:20 a.m. March 25 in the 1700 block of E. Thousand Oaks Boulevard.

A male, 47, was cited for trespassing and disabling a telephone line after refusing to leave a business at 12:30 p.m. March 25 in the 1100 block of Lindero Canyon Road.

A male, 51, possessed illegal fireworks around 7 p.m. March 28 at Goldstrike Avenue and Avenida de Las Flores.

A male, 55, was cited for possessing and setting off illegal fireworks at 8:02 p.m. March 28 in the 600 block of Flaming Star Avenue.

A male, 24, was cited for possessing marijuana at 9:30 a.m. March 25 at Thousand Oaks Boulevard and Skyline Drive.

A male, 28, was arrested for possessing a concealed and loaded firearm at 7:05 p.m. March 30 in the 5600 block of Grey Feather Court.

Grand theft occurred at Rite Aid in the 3800 block of E. Thousand Oaks Boulevard around 1:15 p.m. March 25.

A computer tower was stolen from a business on March 23 in the 800 block of S. Westlake Boulevard.

Property was vandalized outside of the Bank of America at Westlake Boulevard and Townsgate Road between March 1 and 18.
