For being under the influence of controlled substances, the following subjects were arrested: a female, 23, at 1 p.m. March 23 in the 400 block of Knollwood Drive; a male, 19, at 3:30 p.m. March 23 in the 2400 block of Hillcrest Drive (subject lied about his identity, physically resisted arrest, had to be Tasered and possessed a controlled substance); a male, 23, at 8:45 p.m. March 19 in the 2400 block of W. Hillcrest Drive (subject also possessed 0.3 gram of methamphetamine); a female, 28, at 12:50 a.m. March 21 at Hillcrest Drive and Citation Way.

A male, 33, battered and injured a person around 5:15 p.m. March 23 at Borchard Road and Theresa Drive.

Two males, 33 and 22, possessed controlled substances for sale on March 16 at Wendy and Broadbeck roads, and they were arrested on March 22.

A business was burglarized on March 22 or 23 in the 2000 block of Anchor Court.

A female, 18, was cited for obstructing justice while police arrested her boyfriend at 3:30 p.m. March 23 in the 2400 block of W. Hillcrest Drive.

A water heater was stolen on March 18 or 19 in the 300 block of Baxter Street.

Property was stolen from a locked gynecologist office on March 19 or 20 in the 500 block of N. Ventu Park Road.

A shoplifter stole goods from Ralphs at 583 N. Ventu Park Road around 1 p.m. March 20.

A miscreant damaged a $50 lock at Conejo Valley High School, 1872 Newbury Road, on March 16.

Graffiti etched in glass windows was discovered March 17 in the 700 block of N. Wendy Drive.

Vehicle break-ins occurred on March 12 in the 100 block of Via Mirabell and on March 19 or 20 in the 3100 block of Gerald Drive.

Three males between the ages of 40 and 49 drank alcohol in public around 5:45 p.m. March 20 in the 600 block of Paseo La Perla. A male, 25, was cited for the same crime at 6 p.m. March 21 at Ventu Park Road and Hillcrest Drive.

Thousand Oaks

The following subjects were arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs at the times, dates and places indicated: a female, 19, at 10:50 p.m. March 21 at Greenmeadow Avenue and Kenwood Court (subject was involved in a traffic accident); a male, 28, at 2 a.m. March 21 in the 600 block of Hampshire Road.

For being under the influence of controlled substances, the following subjects were arrested: a female, 18, at 4 p.m. March 23 in the 2400 block of W. Hillcrest Drive; a female, 36, at 9 p.m. March 19 in the 900 block of Witherspoon Drive; a male, 36, at 9 p.m. March 18 in the 900 block of Witherspoon Drive; a female, 21, at 8:45 p.m. March 19 along Hillcrest Drive.

A male, 46, battered and injured someone in a domestic dispute around 6:30 p.m. March 24 in the 1200 block of E. Thousand Oaks Boulevard.

A 30-year-old male battered his girlfriend around 9:30 p.m. March 22 in the 200 block of N. Skyline Drive.

A home was burglarized on March 18 in the 2100 block of Young Avenue.

A home burglary occurred between Jan. 1 and March 20 in the 700 block of Calle Contento.

A $7,525 watch was stolen from Ben Bridge Jeweler at 450 W. Hillcrest Drive around 4:30 p.m. March 22.

A male, 32, stole water from a fire hydrant around noon March 24 near the 400 block of Newcastle Street.

A female, 39, was arrested for shoplifting from Macy’s at The Oaks mall at 4:35 p.m. March 21.

A male, 24, was arrested for burglary at 6:30 p.m. March 20 in the 200 block of W. Hillcrest Drive.

A male, 26, was cited for petty theft at 3:15 p.m. March 23 in the 200 block of W. Hillcrest Drive.

A thief stole items valued at $258.68 between Aug. 1, 2009, and March 23 in the 200 block of W. Hillcrest Drive.

Vehicle break-ins occurred at the following locations: on March 23 in the 3000 block of E. Thousand Oaks Boulevard (laptop computer stolen from unlocked vehicle); between 8:20 and 9:20 p.m. March 22 in the 100 block of W. Hillcrest Drive (rear passenger window smashed, purse stolen); between 8 and 9:39 p.m. March 22 in the 2400 block of Willow Lane (side window smashed, purse stolen).

A vehicle was vandalized on March 18 in the 400 block of Rolling Oaks Drive.

A $159 vehicle window was smashed on March 18 or 19 in the 400 block of Camino Manzanas.

A vehicle was damaged ($1,000) between 1:30 and 2 p.m. March 21 in the 200 block of W. Hillcrest Drive.

A vandal caused $1,500 in damage on March 10 or 11 in the 800 block of E. Thousand Oaks Boulevard.

A thief attempted to steal merchandise from Urban Outfitters at The Oaks mall between 5:30 and 5:45 p.m. March 20.

A burglar attempted to steal property from locked storage units on March 20 or 21 in the 2800 block of E. Thousand Oaks Boulevard.

A hooligan splashed green lawn paint on the sides of a home on March 12 or 13 in the 400 block of Greenmeadow Avenue.

A male, 42, was cited for selling items from a pushcart without a license at 1:30 p.m. March 18 in the 100 block of Manzanita Lane.

For being intoxicated in public, a 19-year-old male was arrested at 8:50 p.m. March 22 in the 500 block of Paseo Grande.

Westlake/T.O.

A female, 22, was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol at 1:47 a.m. March 20 at Potrero Road and Westlake Boulevard.

A burglar entered a home through an unlocked window and stole property on March 19 in the 200 block of Triunfo Canyon Road.

A locked bicycle was stolen on March 22 in the 900 block of Westlake Boulevard.

Vehicle registration tabs were stolen off a license plate between Aug. 31, 2009, and Feb. 1 in the 800 block of Rim Crest Drive. The crime was recently reported.
