The Thousand Oaks High School Lancer Band will host the Southern California School Band and Orchestra Association Festival from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Wed., March 24 and from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. Thurs., March 25 at the TOHS performing arts center, 2323 N. Moorpark Road, Thousand Oaks.

Local school bands and orchestras will play instrumental pieces. A polite audience is welcome. Admission is free.
