Alicia Ireland of Newbury Park was named to the dean’s list at Boston University for the fall 2009 semester.

Erin Cummings and Brittany Irshay, both of Thousand Oaks, were named to the dean’s list at Boston University for the fall 2009 semester.

Erin Cummings received a bachelor’s degree in history and psychology, and Quincy Chen earned a master’s degree in economics in January from Boston University.

Boston University is the fourth largest independent university in U.S. with more than 29,000 students.
