Noah Grant Feinberg was called to the Torah as a bar mitzvah of the Center for Early Jewish Education in Thousand Oaks on Feb. 20.

He’s the son of Staci Anne Slavin-Feinberg and Jeffrey Steven Feinberg of Newbury Park. Noah has been a student at CEJE for five years and is a seventh-grader at Sycamore Canyon Middle School.
