The Thousand Oaks Teen Center Advisory Committee will host a concert, “Rock 4 Change,” for high school age youths only from 7 to 11 p.m. Sat., March 20 at the Thousand Oaks Teen Center, 1375 E. Janss Road.

The bands On The Draw, When Daylight Dies, Blackout 101 and The Bogarts will perform.

A portion of the proceeds will benefit Amnesty International and Invisible Children.

Tickets are $10 at the door.
