“Come Travel With Us,” the annual fundraiser hosted by the Nancy R. Brandt Auxiliary of the Assistance League of Ventura County, will take place from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Sat., March 27 in the Pierpont Inn, 550 Sanjon Road, Ventura.

The event will feature a luncheon, “postcard” grab bags, fashion show, and silent and live auctions.

Author Ken McAlpine will share stories about the Channel Islands and other locations from his new book, “Islands Apart.”

All proceeds will be used to support Assistance League programs.

Tickets are $50, and the reservation deadline is March 19.
