What do you think of the city’s prospective new $25,000 logo?

KIM BARRETT Oak Park “I like it. The whole community has oaks, and I think an oak tree represents the way Thousand Oaks protects its oak trees. It’s simple, earthy and not extravagant.” KIM BARRETT Oak Park “I like it. The whole community has oaks, and I think an oak tree represents the way Thousand Oaks protects its oak trees. HEATHER SCHOLLE Thousand Oaks “The logo gives the impression of being green and energy efficient, which represents our city’s values. I like it, but I think $25,000 in this economy is a little extreme.” HEATHER SCHOLLE Thousand Oaks “The logo gives the impression of being green and energy efficient, which represents our city’s values. ELISSA BANKS Moorpark “It’s warm and inviting. I think a tree represents strength, longevity and rebirth. It would be nice if it had an acorn on it. I like it, but I don’t know if it’s necessary.” ELISSA BANKS Moorpark “It’s warm and inviting. I think a tree represents strength, longevity and rebirth. AMBERLIN BANKS Moorpark “That’s a lot to spend on a logo. The letters could be bolder. It would make more sense if the tree was an oak tree, but it looks like something else. Oak tree branches are different.” AMBERLIN BANKS Moorpark “That’s a lot to spend on a logo. The letters could be bolder.
