A male, 64, attempted to strangle someone and was arrested at 4:41 p.m. Feb. 14 in the 1700 block of W. Hillcrest Drive.

A female, 53, was arrested for pushing and biting someone at 4:41 p.m. Feb. 14 in the 1700 block of W. Hillcrest Drive.

An intoxicated 23-year-old male was asleep at the wheel of his vehicle while blocking a driveway. The subject also possessed methamphetamine. He was arrested at 6:25 a.m. Feb. 15 in the 100 block of Maple Road.

A male, 20, was arrested for being under the influence of a controlled substance at 11:50 a.m. Feb. 14 in the 500 block of American Oaks Street.

A male, 22, was arrested for burglary at 4:43 p.m. Feb. 16 in the 2900 block of Firwood Court. The crime occurred in the 500 block of N. Ventu Park Road.

A home was vandalized between Feb. 10 and 15 in the first block of Cedar Crest Court.

A grand theft occurred between Feb. 4 and 16 in the 1300 block of Alessandro Drive.

Goods were stolen from Ralphs at 583 N. Ventu Park Road around 12:30 p.m. Feb. 13. Another shoplifting occurred at Ralphs around 12:15 p.m. Feb. 15.

A petty theft occurred around 5:20 a.m. Feb. 18 in the 400 block of N. Ventu Park Road.

Property was stolen on Feb. 11 or 12 in the 2300 block of Michael Drive.

A vandal damaged property by driving a vehicle over turf on Feb. 12 or 13 in the 3900 block of S. Camphor Avenue.

A 21-year-old male was cited for buying and giving alcohol to juveniles at 2:30 a.m. Feb. 12 in the 1300 block of Newbury Road.

Gang graffiti defaced property between Feb. 12 and 17 in the 1700 block of Calle Diamonte.

A vehicle was vandalized ($5,000 in damage) on Feb. 13 or 14 in the 100 block of Dale Avenue.

A $500 sunroof was shattered when a vandal threw an object at it between 3:15 and 3:18 p.m. Feb. 17 in the Target parking lot at 2705 Teller Road.

Vehicle break-ins occurred at the following locations: on Feb. 19 in the 3800 block of San Clemente Court; on Feb. 12 or 13 in the 100 block of Knollwood Drive.

A male, 19, was cited for possessing a small amount of marijuana at 9:50 p.m. Feb. 18 at Wendy Drive and Old Conejo Road.

For being under the influence of a controlled substance, a female, 27, was arrested at 1:15 p.m. Feb. 12 in the 2400 block of W. Hillcrest Drive (subject possessed a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia).

Thousand Oaks

A male, 19, was arrested at 9:50 a.m. Feb. 18 at Kanan Road and Thousand Oaks Boulevard in Agoura Hills for committing rape and a lewd or lascivious act with a child under the age of 14. The crimes occurred on Feb. 11 in the 200 block of Sandberg Street in Thousand Oaks.

The following subjects were arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs at the times, dates and places indicated: a male, 67, at 3:40 p.m. Feb. 10 in the 200 block of W. Janss Road (subject was involved in a traffic collision at W. Sidlee Street and Lynn Road); a male, 42, at 2:30 p.m. Feb. 13 in the 1500 block of Warwick Avenue; a male, 38, at 11:25 p.m. Feb. 13 in the 100 block of Thousand Oaks Boulevard; a male, 50, at 6:34 p.m. Feb. 15 at Greenmeadow Avenue and Lynn Road; a male, 18, at 7:30 p.m. Feb. 15 at Greenmeadow and Kernwood streets.

For being under the influence of controlled substances, the following subjects were arrested: a male, 22, at 1:05 p.m. Feb. 17 at La Brea Drive and Encino Vista Drive; a female, 19, at 12:10 p.m. Feb. 17 at La Brea Drive and Encino Vista Drive; a female, 34, at 2:30 p.m. Feb. 17 in the 400 block of E. Wilbur Road (subject also possessed methamphetamine and two glass pipes); a female, 31, at 11 a.m. Jan. 7 in the 500 block of E. Wilbur Road (subject also possessed drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance for sale); a male, 34, at 1:04 p.m. Feb. 13 in the 1700 block of E. Thousand Oaks Boulevard.

A male, 43, was arrested for possessing a controlled substance for sale at 9:20 a.m. Jan. 7 in the 1400 block of Janss Road.

A male, 21, was arrested for committing battery with serious bodily injury at 4:10 p.m. Feb. 12 in the 1500 block of Suffolk Avenue.

A male, 25, battered his exgirlfriend by pushing her to the ground around 7 p.m. Feb. 17 in the first block of McAfee Court. He was arrested at 12:18 a.m. Feb. 18 in the 2800 block of Waterfall Lane in Simi Valley.

A 20-year-old female was arrested for battering a security employee at Borderline Bar and Grill at 99 Rolling Oaks Drive at 11:35 p.m. Feb. 12.

A female, 67, was cited for battery at 10:43 p.m. Feb. 15 in the 1500 block of Norwich Avenue.

A male, 49, was cited for battery at 5:40 p.m. Feb. 16 in the 1300 block of El Monte Drive.

A 22-year-old male committed five vehicle burglaries on Feb. 14 in the 1300 block of E. Avenida de Las Flores. He was arrested Feb. 18 in North Hollywood.

A male, 23, was arrested for shoplifting merchandise from J.C. Penney at 280 W. Hillcrest Drive at 8:55 p.m. Feb. 11.

A 26-year-old female was cited for stealing goods from Macy’s at 590 W. Hillcrest Drive at 6:45 p.m. Feb. 16.

A female, 35, was cited for pilfering an item from a store at 7:46 p.m. Feb. 12 in the 200 block of W. Hillcrest Drive.

A female, 43, was arrested for grand theft at 10:30 p.m. Feb. 18 in the 300 block of W. Hillcrest Drive.

A male, 51, was cited for attempting to get high off a substance at 5:15 p.m. Feb. 15 in the first block of E. Thousand Oaks Boulevard.

A 55-year-old male was arrested for trespassing at 3 p.m. Feb. 14 in the 3100 block of Foothill Drive.

A male, 49, was arrested for resisting arrest at 12:58 p.m. Feb. 10 in the 1300 block of Thousand Oaks Boulevard.

A male, 19, was cited for puncturing vehicle tires at 12:45 a.m. Feb. 17 in the 1800 block of Los Feliz Drive.

A female, 35, was cited for domestic battery at 6:15 p.m. Feb. 16 in the 1900 block of Los Feliz Drive. The crime occurred in the 2600 block of Rikkard Drive.

Two females, 53 and 43, were arrested for operating a massage parlor without a license at 2:45 p.m. Feb. 11 in the 1400 block of W. Thousand Oaks Boulevard.

Three cellphones were stolen from the AT&T store at 180 N. Moorpark Road around 2:50 p.m. Feb. 14.

A grand theft occurred between Dec. 1 and Feb. 12 in the 3800 block of Auto Mall Drive.

A petty theft occurred on Feb. 13 in the 3600 block of E. Thousand Oaks Boulevard.

Outgoing mail was stolen from a mailbox between Oct. 12 and Feb. 12 in the 1800 block of Havenwood Drive.

Property was vandalized between 5:20 and 5:50 p.m. Feb. 13 in the 100 block of W. Thousand Oaks Boulevard.

Property was stolen and vandalized on Feb. 13 or 14 in the 3300 block of Altuna Court.

Property was stolen from an unlocked gym locker at 24 Hour Fitness, 2595 E. Thousand Oaks Blvd., between 10:30 and 11:45 a.m. Feb. 17.

A thief stole a purse from a shopping cart between 6 and 6:20 p.m. Feb. 18 in the 1500 block of N. Moorpark Road.

A vehicle was scratched ($1,000 in damage) between 3 and 4 p.m. Feb. 11 in the first block of Boardwalk Avenue.

Gardening equipment was stolen from a vehicle between 10:45 and 11 a.m. Feb. 9 in the 400 block of W. Gainsborough Road.

Gang graffiti was discovered Feb. 14 at multiple locations on Burtonwood Avenue and Spalding Street.

Graffiti defaced property at Meadows Arts and Technology Elementary School at 2000 La Granada Drive between Feb. 11 and 16.

Graffiti was discovered Feb. 10 in the 600 block of N. Moorpark Road.

A male, 50, was arrested for being drunk in public at 1:50 p.m. Feb. 17 at Moorpark Road and Avenida de Los Arboles.

Two males, 22 and 18, were arrested for being drunk in public around 8:30 p.m. Feb. 15 at Wilbur and Hodencamp roads.

A male, 32, was arrested for disorderly conduct at 1:40 p.m. Feb. 15 in the 200 block of E. Janss Road.

A 37-year-old male was arrested for driving a bicycle drunk at 2 p.m. Feb. 15 at Janss and Montgomery roads.

A male, 30, and a female, 24, were cited for selling magazines door-to-door without a permit at 12:15 p.m. Feb. 16 in the 1000 block of Brookview Avenue.

For selling magazines without a permit, a male, 28, was arrested at 5:40 p.m. Feb. 13 in the 1700 block of La Granada Drive.

Westlake/T.O. A vehicle break-in occurred on Feb. 10 or 11 in the 900 block of S. Westlake Boulevard.

A vehicle was vandalized ($1,000 in damage) between 2:30 and 4:20 p.m. Feb. 18 in the 100 block of Promenade Way.

A grand theft occurred between 3:45 and 4 p.m. Feb. 6 in the 100 block of Promenade Way.

Property was stolen from a home between 1 and 4 p.m. Feb. 14 in the 400 block of Lake Sherwood Drive.
