Devon Lueck ANOTHER EAGLE— Devon Lueck of Troop No. 761 in Thousand Oaks has attained the rank of Eagle, the highest level in Scouting.For his project, he constructed an arbor and pedestal for a religious statue at St. Augustine Academy in Ventura, where he graduated from high school last year. He now attends the University of Dallas, where he’s majoring in English and pre-med. He’s the son of Jim and Bernadette Lueck of Thousand Oaks.
