Residents of Thousand Oaks and Moorpark can sign up for a free one-week trial membership at the Conejo Valley YMCA, 4031 N. Moorpark Road, Thousand Oaks.

Those who sign up will have unlimited use of the new 2,000-square-foot fitness facility and indoor heated pool and can participate in workout classes.

The free membership includes an introductory tour.
