FIRST ALBINO SQUIRREL IN THE ACORN–


The ever-popular Squirrel of the Month has been running for many years, but this is the first time in history that we’ve had an albino SOTM, unless we’ve forgotten. It was shot by Larry and Karen Narlock of Moorpark, if you’ll pardon the expression. Pure white squirrels, however, are no better than red or gray ones, they’re just rare (another expression for which you should pardon us). We’d ask you to send your Squirrel of the Month photo, but we already have a huge backlog. This is the only one, however, that’s albino.
