T.O. Woman’s Club will tour Strathearn House in Simi Valley

The Thousand Oaks Woman’s Club will go on a docent-led tour of the 1892 Strathearn House at 137 Strathearn Place in Simi Valley at 1 p.m. Wed., Feb. 10.

The admission is $3. 

Lunch before visiting the park will be at 11:30 a.m. at the Elephant Bar restaurant, 1825 Madera Road, Simi Valley. 

Club members will meet to carpool at 10:45 a.m. at the parkand-ride parking lot across from the teen and senior centers on Janss Road.

The club will have its monthly luncheon meeting on Wed., Feb. 24 at Los Robles Greens Banquet Center, 299 S. Moorpark Road, Thousand Oaks.

Social time, which includes charity fundraisers, will begin at 10:30 a.m. The meeting will be at 11 a.m. A luncheon will be served immediately after the meeting.

After lunch, Judith Helton will sing songs and tell tales of Lotta Crabtree, a child performer during the California gold rush.
