Dad helps son learn to ride a bicycle


STEADY AS HE GOES–Thousand Oaks resident Owen Mix, 5, gets some support from his dad, Chris Mix, during his first day of bike riding without training wheels. They were working as a team last Sunday in Sunset Hills Park. Owen got the bike in October and has spent the last few months riding around the house and neighborhood using training wheels. On Sunday, the whole family headed to the park, found a level grassy area and went to work.
