AS GOOD AS IT GETS–A red-tailed hawk is chased by a pair of crows above Conejo Valley with a snow-topped mountain serving as a backdrop. The mountains between Moorpark and Fillmore will stay white until temperatures warm up and the snow melts. Rainfall returned earlier this week but was expected to be lighter than last week’s.
