California Lutheran University will host a free performance of “Our Voice: A Celebration of Black Women in Music” as part of Black History Month at 7 p.m. Thurs., Feb. 4 in Preus-Brandt Forum.

The performers are current and former cast members of Broadway’s “The Phantom of the Opera,” “Mamma Mia” and Disney’s “The Festival of the Lion King.”

Nicole Pryor, Alana Simone, Nadine Roden, Angela Clark, Danielle White and Joel Rene make up the rotating cast.

The 45-minute show looks at African American history using the music of African American women.
