A communitywide prayer gathering to commemorate National Sanctity of Human Life Day will take place from 2 to 3 p.m. Sun., Jan. 24 at Calvary Community Church, 5495 Via Rocas, Westlake Village.

The event is presented by the Women’s Resource Center of Thousand Oaks. The center is a nonprofit licensed medical clinic and community service organization that provides support for women and families in difficult pregnancy situations. The center offers health education and infection treatment and prevention services but does not provide abortion information or services.
