Dion Kucera TOP RANK– Dion Kucera was recognized as an Eagle Scout recently in Thousand Oaks. Dion, a member of Troop No. 754, was sponsored by the Thousand Oaks Elks Lodge No. 2477. With the help of 29 volunteers working for nearly 230 hours, Dion’s Eagle project repaired an 80-foot trail at the Conejo Valley YMCA. Fourteen railroad ties were added as steps, brush was cleared and wood chips were added for beautification.
