John Pace IV PINNACLE IN SCOUTING–– A Court of Honor was held Nov. 22 at Emmanuel Presbyterian Church for John Pace IV from Boy Scout Troop No. 716. His Eagle project was repairing the floor in a Thousand Oaks High School classroom where a built-in desk had been, cleaning up a campus planter and polishing the Lancer and horse statue.
